Have you tried holding control and right clicking the attack skill?
You have to do it every time you switch to the grenade kit (which I agree needs to be changed) but it’s still better than mashing the 1 button.

That don’t work with grenades, as they are a ground targeted ability

I had the little chain problem as well, I just logged out and back in and it sorted it

I really can’t say much here other than this may not be the game for you. This game was made to focus primarily on PvP and also focused on just the skill in the game. the gear is meant to give a slight boost but in the end is not meant to mean a whole lot in the grand scheme of things.
It’s very skill and coordination intensive and can be much more fast paced than other MMo’s. It doesn’t focus too much on things like PvE and crafting but puts just enough in for the people that like it.

This game was not made to focus primarily on pvp, if it was, there would not be as many pve activities as there are. If I was to attach a % to it, I reckon it’s 70/30 in pves favor. But it can still cater to those who want to do both.

And at OP, most MMOs are like what you described. (maybe not #3)

This hasn’t happened to me, but I thought I’d throw my 2c in. I don’t understand how using a game function can be construed in any way as botting. Even if you are sitting in one spot for 6 hours lobbing auto attack whatevers at boars. Its a function of the game. Boggles my mind that Anet would consider it so. Kudos to them for having stringent security, but maybe that security needs a bit more fine tuning.

The unequipped item goes to the first available slot in your inventory, starting from the top left. Pretty much every game ever does this. Nothing random about it.

I go with a mix of power and vitality.

I Live in Perth, get between 100-200ms ping. But yes, an oceanic server would be nice, since our peak play times don’t line up with seppoland

Also gotta remember an oceanic server might not mean its based in Oceania, but could still be based in seppoland, just tagged oceanic so all us southies know where to go

Just to play devils advocate here, but if he isn’t using a 3rd party program and is just standing there letting his pet do all the work, what’s the issue? How is he breaking the rules (if he even is). He paid for the game, so if he wants to level by letting his pet kill boars for 6 months, let him.

So you’re after an offhand weapon then? You’ll find them as random mob drops or you can get them from the TP. Story quest rewards also dish them out.

Edit: they aren’t upgrades, they are their own item. Upgrade for weapons are the sigils you put in them
