I think confusion counts as condition damage and mesmers are one, if not the, best class at applying it.

There are skills that lay down certain types of ‘combo fields’ and other skills perform a type of ‘combo finisher’ as part of their function.

I also experience this, although I cant remember ever seeing it on the toolbar either. Has the skill been removed?
