Hello iZZiGeTsBuSy! I think MadCast might be just right for you. We are located on the Sanctum of Rall server (You are more than welcome to guest, if you are not on our server). Let me tell you a little bit about ourselves.
MadCast is a gaming community that is bigger than GW2, but we are working on growing our GW2 sector right now. You can check out our website at http://www.madcastgaming.com. I especially suggest you read through the forums some to get a feel for what we are all about! Here are some points you may find attractive about MadCast:
We have a mature community. While MadCast has no specific age requirements we do have high expectations for maturity. You will find kind, patient people and no drama. The vast majority of our members are over 18 (especially in GW2). Most of our GW2 members are older with careers, and many have families and children.
We are a serious community with casual gameplay. In other words, the main expectations we have for members revolves around positive contribution to the community and not on a packed GW2 schedule attendance. If you are active in the forums and show up to a few events a week, that is good enough for us. Additionally, because we are casual our community is made out of all levels of players. We have many very new players, some new to gaming in general, and our environment is built on kindness and helpfulness. People will be happy to answer you questions and guide you through things no matter how basic or advanced.
We have a super awesome, active TeamSpeak group. We enforce strict rules of respectfulness and tolerance among our players, making it a safe friendly place for everyone. People of all types feel comfortable joining in the conversation and making new friends.
Our community is bigger than in-game. We have a website with a lot of activity and heavy forum use. This is a huge asset because we have people who play all kinds of games over at MadCast, and the forums really serve as the uniting factor among people.
If you check out our website, you will see information about becoming a Full Member of MadCast. This is not something you need to do right away. Our guild welcomes ‘Associate’ Members, meaning we will add you to the guild, you are free to use our TeamSpeak and join our Forums, but you do not have complete access rights for inviting people to the guild yourself, or accessing certain Full Member parts of our forum. This is a good way to find out if MadCast is the right fit for you before applying. In the long run, to gain any ranking position, we require people to be an official MadCast Full Member.

How bout some decent looking Legendary weapons for a necro or the evil elementalist. I’m not gonna wield a rainbow staff or a stick with a globe on it. I think we need a dark and light version of each legendary.

This is very sad. A game with the word “Guild” in it’s name, and yet they hamper Guild recruitment efforts. It won’t be long, if it hasn’t happened already, until guilds start double posting. Many active guilds will pushed way back on the list and it will completely defeat the purpose of a guild recruitment thread. This wasn’t well thought through.

One of the best ways to improve your Guild Wars 2 experience is by finding a group of people that share your love of the game. At MadCast we pride ourselves on being a welcoming and friendly community, full of tight knit connections both in-game and out. We’re constantly seeking mature, respectful, active individuals to add to our membership. We stand by a code of conduct that we hold our members to, ensuring everyone enjoys their gaming time. We have our own TeamSpeak server populated with folks having a great time every night across a variety of games.
Our home is on Sanctum of Rall, but we have friends and members from many servers who have found their home with us. Some of our members never transfer; it is up to you based on your convenience and whether or not you would like to play WvW with us.
About MadCast:
In 2007, MadCast was founded on two basic principles. It would be a gaming community that would be extend beyond a single game, and it would be a place that exemplifies what it means to be a community.
We choose games to support based on the interests of our community. MadCast puts time and effort into making your gaming experience all it can be. The community selects Admins that display great leadership qualities, we host our own servers for (other) officially supported games, and have niches for everyone from the casual to the competitive. Admins host events on a nightly basis and there’s always something to do and someone to play with.
Weekly Guild Events:
We often add new events based on what our guild members are interested in! You can find the most up to date version of our schedule in our Guild Event Schedule & Information Thread.
Guild Requirements:
We do NOT require 100% rep. We do encourage you to rep or join us in TeamSpeak as much as possible to enjoy the social aspects of our community.
We do NOT require a server transfer. As mentioned, if you would like to transfer we can help you towards that goal.
We do NOT require a certain level of time commitment. Many of our members have families and careers that prevent them from being online 8 hours a day. Please be respectful and honor commitments you make to attend events; that is all.
We do NOT require a specific level, class, experience, or event attendance. We have many new players and want you to have fun when you play.
We DO require you to be a kind, helpful, respectful, and positive contributor to our community. This means you must follow our code of conduct and follow the requirements for being an associate.
How to Join the Guild:
Simply message one of the guild officers (fayea.1490 or hermitBird.3529), to KitOnlyHuman.6807, post here, or come say hello on our forums and we’ll get you involved.
Joining the MadCast guild in GW2 is not the same as joining MadCast. If you check out our website, you will see information about becoming a Full Member of MadCast. MadCast welcomes “Associate Members”, meaning we will add you to the guild, you are free to use our TeamSpeak and join our Forums, but you will not have full access to the same range of privileges as a Full Member. You can remain an Associate for a certain period of time if you are active and follow the code of conduct but due to recent changes we request that if you enjoy being a part of the guild that you eventually apply for full membership.

Hi everyone, I’m Cake… and I’m… a guildaholic… or at least I used to be. Yes, I was once that guy looking for guilds, switching week to week and never finding the group that just felt like home. I did some things I’m not proud of… joined an all Asura guild, vandalized Lions Arch, placed flaming bags of Doylak poo on the doorsteps on unsuspecting Norns. I did all these things just to feel accepted, and yet I never felt whole. That is until now, MadCast Gaming has changed my life. I’m a new asura, and my krewe says they have never seen me happier.
If you are looking for a guild that is a right fit for you with people that are friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to be around. Then we might just be right for you. I’m almost from MadCast, and an admin from there as well. Redjustice covered pretty much everything, but I just wanted to add that I myself work till 1 am in the morning. I usually am the one running the events for the late night crew, so I can vouch for at least some presence at those hours of the night. I have been trying to push for members that can play at those kind of hours, because that is one of the best times for me as well.
