If you wanna lay DoT’s (conditions) and use minions a Staff/Scepter + dagger build is what you want.

If you want to get in peoples faces and have a power build i’d suggest Staff/Dagger + Dagger

Offhand daggers is nice because it gives extra conditions which meshes nicely with your staff, also it has a blind (makes your opponent miss) Focus has the nice heal but takes wayyyyyyyy to long to recharge. Dagger recharges faster so meh. Its your choice though.

So Starting off a fight start with staff lay down your marks then switch to your D/D use Dagger 3 to lock them then Dagger 5 put down your conditions, and then auto attack basically. Switch back and forth at will. Staff is better for kiting when your hp gets low. If you get in trouble then enter deathshroud to buy time for skills to recharge.

I’m not sure about rabid jewels sorry. But if I can make a suggestion why not just by runes? For example Superior Rune of the Undead?

(1): +28 Condition Damage.
(2): +15 Toughness
(3): +55 Condition Damage
(4): +35 Toughness
(5): +100 Condition Damage
(6): 5% of Toughness becomes Condition Damage

Lots of toughness and Condition damage, I don’t think anyone even uses gems most people use runes.

Edit: Healing power doesn’t affect Siphoning

Hey guys I’m running a Vampire DeathShroud power and precision build (0,0,10,30,30). And I’ve been using Spectral Armor for the defense and life force, Spectral Grasp for the life force and to close distance with my daggers, and Signet of Locust for speed. Also Reaper of Grenth for my elite. So I’ve read that some of these utilities aren’t the best so what would you guys suggest would be some good utilities/elite for my vampire build?

No I mean specifics, I know there are various functions to buying and selling like meet highest buyer and meet lowest seller and stuff. Thats what I don’t really get about flipping. I get the idea that you need to buy low and sell high but there are various option for selling and buying and thats whats confusing me.

Side note any good items that are generally decent for this practice.

So I was looking for guides and hints to make coin and I read that buying items then selling them or something or other is a great way to make money. So is trading post flipping a viable option to make coin? and how do you exactly go about doing it?

Alot of peoples complaining is well deserved but necromancer is still a very viable class. I enjoy it alot, just pretend that minions don’t exist and move on. Necromancer is still very strong with out your minions.

Also if you don’t want to be a condition necromancer a Dagger + Deathshroud build has awesome surviability.
