I’ll be free friday night the 15th if anyone is interested in 5 man theorydrafting. I’ll be on most of the day as well looking for fellow necros to party with. This a great idea!

Has anyone tried or thought about trying a 5 man or more necro team for wvw? Would it be viable? I’m at work and bored but couldn’t find any results to this. All ideas welcome.

I’m sorry, but still not convinced. Plague is a supportive skill. The reason why the damage is low is because you can blind and chill a large area… You get your HP and Toughness buffed through the roof and you blind and chill everyone. How is that not OP? Oh… because anyone caught in that big circle doesnt die instantly and there is a single counter that might require you knowing how to dodge… LOL.

Since when does plague chill? Maybe you meant cripple but if it chilled I might use it more.

ON a Side note PVE-wise you can chill rather effectively while in plague form. It’s called a frost gun and it will replace your 3 plague skills with 5 skills that almost all have long duration chills, bleeds(15 stacks), and improved movement(jump skill away but if you turn around before jumping you’ll jump in front and face them, fun!). It’s not a cheap investment at 40 copper for 10 uses but 5 additional skills while plague is ticking away bleeds/poison (or whichever you pick before activating gun) is leet. And the gun skills stay after transformation ends but don’t use before transforming. Try it if you want more utility/damage while in plague form. Also a Lich with a boom stick is just hilarious to watch.

I was your beginning, you, my end. I remember seeing you off in the distance as my comp barely rendered you silhouette. You seemed a world away as I lumbered closer to discern friend from foe. It was my first time piloting an omega golem and foolishly I ventured into the unknown alone because your outline showed a fellow golem user. Giddy to show off my automatonic skills I dodge forward as fast as possible. As I moved closer I caught the green hue emanating from your consruct. But your name displayed red… an enemy alpha golem.
I stopped to think. Was this fate? Two golems alone in the wilderness. You caught sight and turned to face me. A tumbleweed (rabbit) slowly passed between us. I frantically search my controls for an emote to show my innocence but just flailed my arms and threw flames. No pull on this model but I felt the attraction on your end spring forth as you engaged yours. If only I could see your face and learn of your true intentions. I engaged my shield bubble and you followed. That was sign enough for me. I scanned the horizon for naysayers and rabble rousers but found us still alone in syncronic autonomy. Now who would make the first move. My finger hovered over the 5 key. Would you follow?
I awoke at my waypoint bruised, befuddled and a huge fist indentation on my breastplate. I searched for a reason. A rhyme. Then I remembered my training days back at the asuran golem academy. A lady hates a premature ejector. A hard lesson re-learned…

We met on the battlefield.(seems like all these stories begin this way) I was in my usual lime priory garb. I saw you run past in your princess doll outfit. I lobbed spectral wall in your path to catch you attention. You stopped, turned and bowed hello. I waved and withdrew my weapons as a sign of peace. You giggled in a high pitched voiced. I took a few steps closer and sat in front of you. You sat and then pointed behind me into the sky. All I saw were clouds in the shapes of rabbits. I then felt the cold sharp blades of repeated backstabs and then a ferocious stomp. That was the first time a thief has and will ever steal my heart.

I was just about to give in to our merry chase that took us over land, into water, past these cute little aqueous creatures that seemed to have rather electric personalities, and onto the glade when my stupid big brother arrived and sent you back to your waypoint. He always ruins everything. Sorry!
