Saw this thread and instantly needed to post pictures of my thief! (Well, 11 days is not too long i guess…)

The first image is her in Full Berserker gear for All out DPS in Dungeons/ Pve / occasional WvW and PvP

The second is her in full Dire gear, kind of a troll build as Condi Medic thief in WvW, and occasionally in fractals and dungeons with friends (kick back, relax and heal, while applying vulnerability and bleeds)

Third image is her when I first created her =3, Its funny how much more ‘grown up’ she looks now, at least to me xD

Elementalist is boring too popular and not very unique

If having 80+ weapons skills alone is not ‘unique’, i don’t know what is. It ranks as one of the hardest class to play due to the sheer number of skills you have to handle.

Ranger is a pretty decent class to play, though personally it’s somewhat boring. You stand at one spot and shoot arrows while your pet tanks, to a lesser degree when using and axe or sword.

But what exactly is ‘fun’ to you?
For some it’s to shrug off heavy damage, for some it’s seeing big damage numbers, and for others it could be the sense of accomplishment of mastering a hard-to-play class.

Every single class has something different to offer, so try out other classes as well.. =)

WvW map completion with perma-stealth Thief?

I’m now attempting to achieve 100% map completion on my thief, so is it possible to gain all the points of interests and waypoints by using perma stealth?

Is it possible to obtain points and vistas under the enemy’c control?

I’ve never really played WvW before, because every time i enter into WvW, it looks empty.

Novice Thief in fractals?

So I’m a new thief, well actually a new player, with thief being my only character. And I’m having a ton of fun with it.

So currently, I’m running full berserker set, with the typical D/D, SB, S/P. 0/6/5/0/3 But while it worked beautifully in roaming and Dungeons, I’m having great difficulty being useful in fractals, especially higher-leveled ones, as i keep getting one-shotted.

I’m thinking of returning to my old condition thief build. Full dire , P/D, D/D. It deals pretty good DoT, but i admit it’s not for speed runs. However, I’ve found that I die far less, and is usually the last man standing with this build while getting near perm stealth (which allows me to revive my party easily), which makes me more of a support healer, with bleeding damage.

While i’ll still use my zerk build in Dungeons, I’m thinking ,Should I get a full exotic dire set for fractals and other situations where my squshy zerk will die easily?
Or should i get a mix of soilder and zerk, or maybe full valk? Or should i sawp my weapons for P/P, S/B ricochet build to minimize risk of dying?
