Cash shop kits are a poor solution. I don’t mind buying stuff on the cash shop, but asking players to buy a kit to change a ribbon color is just going going to breed resentment.

The OP is right – relying on limited bank space to store costumes is bad. I bought the Mad King’s outfit (account bound, fyi) and was considering the Witch’s costume. But, I then realized that I would have to store unused town clothes in my bank. I don’t mind buying bank expansions – I already have. But, I do mind needing bank space for town clothes. Also, since they don’t auto-display in towns and they auto-hide on damage, they’re a pain to manage.
The tier 2 cultural armor (& starting armor) for my Norn clips on the butt. She has the thickest body type available – bottom, right option in the character creator.
The game has definitely been worth my money. The world feels alive. The artistry is incredible – I feel like I’m playing in a beautiful painting. And, I really enjoy the design choices they made that make group play less painful and more fun (individual loot/nodes, auto-grouping, no trinity, etc). All in all, I feel that they delivered.
I agree that you should be able to dye the hair accessories. It shouldn’t be locked to character creation. Comparing it to eye colors and tattoos is a specious argument. Makeover packs are a poor solution. And, saying that’s “just the way it is” in a suggestion thread is silly in that 1) suggestions are meant to change “the way it is” and 2) unless you’re a developer, you have no authority to make that decision.
