Try deleting the cache:
Assuming windows, open the folder: %localappdata%/temp
(C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp)Within that folder, look for a folder named gw2cache-{…}. With GW2 closed, delete the gw2cache folder.
If you can’t find the folder, with GW2 running and the trading post open, open the Windows Task Manager by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. Look for the process awesomium_process.exe, right click it and select open file location. Close GW2 and then delete the folder that was previously brought up.
If deleting the cache doesn’t work, trying opening https://gemstore-live.ncplatform.net/. You should see an invalid authorization page. This is just to confirm you don’t have a DNS/routing issue.

In a class, there are bad students and good students. The bad students never study and get something like 20/100 points on test. And good students works day and night and always get 98 or 99/100 points. How cap AP works is like: So during a test. The teacher says, if you 20/100 is the max points you can get. once you get 20 points, you are the same as the others who got 20 points. Now, do you think the good students would still work hard to get 99/100? They would be like, whatever i do ill get 20, i will get the full points, whatever. So what everyone do would be like get the 20 points and so something else instead studying.
In game, this would cuz no one care abou the game, and people get quit the game.

PVE leaderboards are pointless as many ppl know. They can also be ignored, which is what a lot of ppl will do to no negative harm. I understand the frustration ppl have for the reset of fractals lvl, I also understand why they did it. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a huge deal. Just an annoyance. It is in no way the same as a full lvl reset as that would affect everyone. The ppl above lvl 30 in FOTM is unlikely to be more than a minority (altho that is speculation based on this being a casual game).
ALso, no free speech laws were broken. This is a private forum and doesn’t fall under a country’s governing free speech laws.

I want to say that most of the people want to play ele as a range mage class. Not the same as thief. This game need to do a lot nerf on mele and give more power for ranges, especially casting time needed ranges. Also, need to nerf hide, it is really a bad idea hide cant be break after hit.

cuz they sucks. And ele is the least power class in pvp in this game.
As long as l was doing wvwvw these days, i found that the way people are running, or commanding this thing is not efficient.
Here is some my ideas about commanding wvwvw.
1st, we need to have multiple small groups leads by different commanders. Each people need to join the squad that the commander creats, this would let the cammander easier to call. So people can focus to kill one of the guy even his is in a lot of people. Such as kill the other severs’ commander.
Then, we need a map commander, who commanding each map in the wvwvw. He need to give orders for all the small group commanders(which i talked up there) in this map, to tell each of the small group commanders where they should go, def or attack. So the other sever would be have multiple tower/place under attack. And may can not act as fast as enough.
At last, we need a general commander, what adjust the population in each of the 4 maps in wvw. See which map needs more help and which map dont need what many people.
And this would be more efficient.
However, there is a problem. And this is the problem we have in many severs.
The commander is not getting rewarded for doing the job but got hated by making errors. This would leads to that no one wants to command. If no leader, people will just feel bored and leave. That’s the reason leader is also created by demand in the real life. And that’s why no matter how hard you guys set the reward want to people play wvwvw but still fail.
This is my personal idea. Hope it would be helpful.

You can’t use 3rd party software that INTERACTS with Guild Wars 2. Team Speak, Ventrillo, and Mumble are all software yes, but they interact with your computer’s OS. i meant, if nothing was written in party chat, you won’t know what players were in party… how can you report someone if you don’t know his name? or did i miss something

I can’t think of a solution, but this is one of the most rotten things you can do in GW2.
From what I’ve seen, its enough to only suggest a kick (1st person to click “Kick from party”) and someone random will 100% be the second to approve even without thinking.I’ve never seen a kick-from-party box (the one requiring the second person to make a kick) that wasn’t approved. And fast.
I can see someone leaving GW2 for getting kicked at Jade Maw 48 before battle.
Here is what I think about it.
Set up a report system about it. That people can easily report.
If a person got reported by a few times, a system would warning him.
And after that, if he still get reporting, the system send a report directly to the officers, or GM. so they can review it and give penalty.
If the system provides means to do stuff like that then its not the player’s fault. Dungeons should simply prohibit new players from joining once the group enters them. If you want to reorganize your party or invite new people then everyone has to go outside (an exception would be someone who is already in the group to compensate for potential DCs etc). Current system simply promotes stuff like spot selling and griefing by kicking people which actually helped the party.
I agree with this. They should set a system that can only kick the people who is D/C, if you already in a instance. And you can still form the group freedom outside the instance.
Or, just like topic, set up an report system. So they can give warnings or penalty for spite kick.

Seriously, I got spite kick from group in FOTM higher level, 3 times.
Everytime is in the last map, and 3 or more people are from same guild.
This is suck because i spend a lot of time on doing it and got spite kick at the end is not fair for me.
