What build can I use to shut everyone up? (not keen on blocking all chat either)
The muting build will help, it doesn’t mess up with team or map chat, just the kitten in particular.

I would like for it to be a stone that makes the selected item account bound (so it can’t be resold on the td, if they care much of the economy) and soulbound on equiping. I would pay any quantity of gems for it.
If you are a warrior running the discipline traitline, you can use mobile strikes to break from any kind of stuns by using movement skills (both from weapon or physical skill), very useful either in 1v1 or zerg fights. Something i like to do is, if you use defiant stance, endure pain, and balanced stance (with 25% stance duration trait), with melandru runes, food, and -33 crippling effects trait, you can run through a big zerg (make sure to use bullcharge, sword/warhorn, greatsword with autoattack off) and have them chasing you for the whole map while at 100% hp.
They also fixed the jormag’s breath sword showing invisible in the inventory weapon slot.
