Build theory seems rather nice. I do wonder how you get 28k-30k HP and 2500-2600 armor with 1100 (+/-) condition damage in spvp with shaman gear, or any gear for that matter. I can never get near 28k hp, I get around 19k. The toughness and condition dmg are obtainable, just not the hp.

Superior sigil of Paralyzation (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sigil_of_Paralyzation) gives + 15% stun duration. Are you sure it also applies to Fear?

I’m looking for power/toughness/vitality exotic trinkets. I use soldiers amulet in pvp and would like the same stat combo for pve. Much obliged if someone could tell me how and where to obtain them.

Does anyone know the cooldown of the 6th effect of this rune set?

I’ve been told 45 secs, but when I use it on my Warrior with Signet Of Rage (48 secs cooldown with trait) it doesn’t trigger when I use my elite again after it came out of cooldown.

For the past several days I have noticed a drop in fps and performance.
Prior to the drop I ran gw2 on high graphic settings and had 60 fps, where as now it’s close to 20 fps and low settings.

As far as system requirements go I have:

Windows 7 service pack 1

Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

4GB RAM

ATI Radeon HD 4650

All drivers are up to date and no changes have been made to hardware/software.

I tried what is stated here (https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/tech/FPS-and-Performance-based-issues-1) but to no avail.

Is there any fix to the issues I’m having?
