Unlikely that the memory isn’t compatible, I’d say a better chance of an instability with the CPU. I give up until the error is specified and/or a screenshot is attached.
I sent you a personal message.
I was going to say to make sure English was selected at the top right of the page, but lol!
Screenshot please along with the error.

I setup a friend who doesn’t even meet the minimum specs and got it to run fairly smooth after about 10 minutes of playing with the performance specs. It’s not the prettiest, but it works, lol.
Private message me, I own a computer service and hosting company and will be happy to take a look at no charge in support for ArenaNet
Which ports do you have closed on your router and what type of router do you have (dlink, lynkis, netgear)? Unless you have set something manually within the router, this shouldn’t be an issue. You can try opening all ports on the router, but you usually only have to do this with special applications running on the local network – LAN parties are the most typical.

I see a lot of people having issues with ATI graphics when they have their Render Sampling set to Native. Try setting to Subsample to see if it fixes the issue. You can also try upgrading your graphics card drivers here, but so far it hasn’t made a difference: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
Being you have a laptop (That is a laptop graphics card, that’s how I know), I would steer away from setting the Render Sampling to Supersample as it will lower your FPS and run your laptop hard.
Do not use driver finding utilities. Do it the right way and download your drivers from the manufacturer’s website. You can download your graphics drivers here Scyila: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
If you are not comfortable with identifying your graphics card (HD series), they even have an auto-detect tool
You can try the beta drivers as well, but I recommend using the latest stable version.

To start, download this program called SpeedFan and give us an idea on the GPU and CPU temps. Also please give the exact error you are receiving.
Do you have any other programs running in the background – such as an anitvirus that is hogging the CPU?
Try changing your in-game graphics to “best performance” temporarily just to see if it’s just game-related.
Disable windows firewall (pretty much useless anyhow) and tell us what you have for an ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
Check your antivirus as well. If you are using AVG or Avast – temporarily disable the firewall. If you have Norton or McAfee as your antivirus – uninstall it as they are both junk and install a real antivirus – such as Microsoft Security Essentials.
Unfortunately, if you only have 64MB/RAM, your laptop will not be able to run GW2. My wife’s Dell Vostro ran into this same issue. 256MB/RAM would be an absolute minimum and I honestly don’t see how you could really get by with less than 512MB/RAM.
I would not be happy if I was slaughtered by a player wielding this bow.
Were you rooted by a Ranger by chance? Ranger’s possess the Entangle ability which permanently roots their opponent until the vines are destroyed. If this happens in PvE, you can teleport to the nearest waypoint as well.
Keep in mind that you may also increase your bank size using gems – you can either purchase gems or trade for them with in-game currency.
After selling my Thief’s hood after the beginning, it didn’t take me long to realize that the only purchasable helm on the marketplace wearable by a thief is a face-mask. I know there is a workaround by creating another thief, transmuting a blue/white face-mask and then transferring by the bank. I just thought it would be cool to have a coif/hood available for thief’s available to find throughout the game.
My Suggested Solution:
Your email authentication security is brilliant, but what I have done with the hosting company I own is the following to help increase security: If a user has registered an account within the United States, then the account is only accessible within the United States. Should a user want to change that, they can do so within their account settings.
Story:
I reviewed my email this morning and had an unauthorized attempt on my account. The user attempting to access my account is from China (screenshot attached).
The odd thing is, the password I am using for Guild Wars 2 is unique to any password I have ever used before and have only used the password when I registered for my account here on the site and logging in to the game. I have changed the password on my account for security.
As a certified computer technician by trade, I know for a fact that I do not have any keyloggers, rootkits, or other malware (and my system is less than a month old) – so I am fairly concerned. My security solution is Microsoft Security Essentials in combination with Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware.
I bought 4 drinks last night at 20 silver each and the guild influence hasn’t increased. So I purchased 2 drinks this afternoon at 2 silver each just to test and still nothing towards influence.
