Well, all three are very nice. Engineer is an oddball. I like it very very much but they are challenging.
I think that has sealed the deal for me, thank you
7 out of 10 PUG groups will have 1+ member that is a first timer. This usually doesn’t affect your run other than slowing it a bit. Other times you can get stuck with a group where you are the most experienced. Being a relatively new player (1000 AP), I am amazed to find people that have over 2000 AP, thinking Kholer is a (too quote) “free chest”.
Pugging is RNG, you’ll never get the same group twice.
I reached level 80 two weeks ago, and have set myself a goal for my new character, but I don’t want to spend hours upon hours farming for that one character. So I am going to start to work on an alt. I have narrowed it down to 3 professions, but can’t decide.
At the moment I run a Asuran Warrior. Built to be a Zerker, but with some gear to improve survivability. I use a greatsword and longbow.
The reasons for why I would play these classes differs
- Engineer just to mess around and have fun
- Ranger has some similar weapons, so I wouldn’t be too far outside my comfort zone
- Necromancer to stack conditions on people
I need some help picking, so if anyone has any hints as to which is better or if I got some info wrong.
