They aren’t for this patch. The exclusive items from this patch were for the hairstyles, new collection expander size increase, and the new minis. The “new” finishers will most likely be given out next patch.
Zhaitan’s minions will disappear from Orr etc.
Don’t be so sure. Have a source on this, or are you assuming?
I’m assuming. I’m pretty sure they will change Orr. As the Living Story is the story after the death of Zhaitan. We cleansed Orr and now there’s a new Elder Dragon rising.
Sorry to burst your bubble but the Living Story isn’t AFTER the Personal Story. It’s real time and separate because some players have done the Living Story but not fighting Zhaitan. The Living story has to be relevant to all players Personal Story completion or not. The cleansing of Orr “hasn’t happened” technically for everyone.
Can you start by explaining WHY the fact that you’re lucky enough to get decent drops is a problem? You’re getting just as many champ bags if not less than champ training in Frostgorge Sound for an hour. They give a reasonable amount of loot for those lucky enough.
Malyck: The Knight of Embers is a fool. Whatever this “nightmare” is, it led her to obsession and madness. Is your “Dream” the same?
<Character Name>: No. The Dream is a vision of hope and a feeling of purpose. It guides us toward the light, not into evil.
Malyck :I wish I could say that I understood the difference, but I don’t.Would make sense
Malyck isn’t from the Pale Tree. It’s not known for sure whether he experienced a dream at all. Nothing to do with Mordremoth in his case.
The Sylvari always came from Mordremoth. It was obvious. I see you’re in the ‘not paying attention’ crowd.
Well do you have some actual evidence to follow that theory up?
Except if you pay attention to the living story you’ll notice that several time it is mentionned that what changed Scarlet is that she discovered something linked to her very nature but hidden deep inside a.k.a. her link with the dragon.
Except that the link was during the time inside Omadd’s machine. She wasn’t “linked” before that to any dragon, neither were any other sylvari (or at least we don’t have proof of that).
I hope you realize that to make an experiment on a warrior being OP against other classes you have to play against you know…other classes not just one. And I mean to fully test our your theory. One player doesn’t conclude an experiment. If you want I’ll test your theory with you on my ranger in spvp

That is by far the coolest picture I’ve ever seen of a character +Infinity good sir.
Edit: You need to post that for pics of sunrise to inspire people that’s an excellent showcase of the weapon’s visual glory

I don’t listen to what others say. I don’t even use any of the designated “op” skills/traits/weapons in my build and I still get QQ for being a warrior
I’m a little curious at what your build is, considering most of our weapons/skills/traits are considered OP by the general public
The pvp dungeon armor boxes give you a full set of that type of armor (heavy med or light) and can only be used for pvp. No way to convert to pve
Dungeons, don’t do champ trains.
Dungeons work well too but champ training still nets good gold. My advice do daily easy path dungeons and then champ train if you want to farm gold.
Terrible idea.
Yup /15 Charrs
LA was a powerful city in Guild Wars 1….Before Guild Wars 2 the reconstruction wasn’t due to human failure it was due to Zhaitan rising and wiping the city out with a tsunami practically
Congrats for going against every single concept of loot in every MMO in history. You’re such a genius….
This is my build for my personal favorite weapon combo Axe/Shield + Greatsword. The last two traits in Strength are interchangeable depending on your preference for extra GS or Axe power.
I won’t harp on about your useless rune setup, but why would you sacrifice 10% damage (to bleeding foes, which you can safely assume is 100%) for Sharpened Axes? #3 is borderline useless, and Cyclone is off CD with Greatsword in the rotation.
Oh my god I’m terrified of myself lol I meant to write down that they can be changed to either runes of the scholar or ruby orbs. Those were never supposed to be Divinity

Kudzu and The Dreamer
I know I missed a lot of points in my post but if you want further explanations I can tell you myself XD its a lot easier over voip of some sort or you can message me in game and I can show you myself
Exotic stats are in groups of 3. For example Beserker armor/weapons gives you Power Primary, with secondary Crit chance and Crit damage. Soldier’s is another set that gives you Power primary with Vitality and Toughness secondary. Beserker armor is very strong in pve right now because of the excellent damage output. Soldier’s armor is tanky and very strong in pvp or wvw. It can be used in pvp but you won’t have as high damage output.
Knight’s armor is a 3rd set that I would think about. It gives you Power, toughness, and crit chance. It’s a middle ground armor set for a power build because it gives moderate damage and moderate sustain. My advice, think about zerker for pve and knights for other areas and then go from there, depending if you really want more damage or more sustain.
NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER EVER GO CONDI AS A GUARDIAN. PLEASE.
As the prior poster explained to start ascended isn’t your goal just yet. It’s a medium-term goal but not short-term. The small difference between an ascended weapon or armor piece is nearly impossible to notice unless they’re 100% ascended equipped. You. Will. Be. Fine and dandy.
So for exotics, like mentioned again before they are found in all your questioned methods. The best imo especially for a new player is to run dungeons. There are 8 dungeons in the game, Ascalonian Catacombs, Twilight Arbor, Sorrows Embrace, Citadel of Flame, Crucible of Eternity, City of Arah, Honor of the Waves, and Cadecus’s Manor. To run an explorable dungeon, you must have either completed the dungeon’s story mode or have had someone in your party complete story mode to open themselves. Every completed path of a dungeon (3 in each except arah which has 4) will give you 40 tokens in a once per day daily chest, and 20 extra. The 20 extra can be obtained multiple times if you really feel like doing it over and over. The once per day chest also gives you somewhere between 1-3 gold depending on the path’s difficulty and length.
A safe bet to get started is to run AC and CoF. AC gives 1.5g per path and CoF gives 1g per path. These dungeons are considered some of the fastest and easiest to do.
When you earn the tokens, they can be spent at the corresponding dungeon vendor in Lion’s Arch fort Mariner. (Exotics are in the second tab) They cost between 180-390 per weapon I believe and 180-300 for armor?. They take a bit of time to acquire but it’s free and you earn money from doing so. Another reason to start with CoF and AC is because CoF is the easiest dungeon to acquire zerker gear from, and same with AC for soldiers.
Crafting will make you exotic armor/weapons but it takes a bit of time to craft to 400 if youre a new player. If you really want to just spend gold you can buy equivalent stat pieces that you can find in dungeons in the trading post.
well that depends on what you are looking for out of your heavy both are amazing classes but can specialize in different things. Do you like super hard hitting burst damage? DPS warrior. Do you like being a powerful support and healing tank? AH Guardian. Of course you can spec both classes differently than what I mentioned, and flip the roles, but each has their up and down sides. My advice would not ask someone which class to make, but to look them up for yourself and decide based off what you found/what you find interesting.
The krait are the same as they are in Guild Wars 1. If you look on the original GW wiki, you see the types of Krait mobs specifically that you encounter. Krait Neoss, Devouss, and Necross are all types of Krait that you fight in our GW2. Must have been something that the devs just didn’t include.
If you want a group, sometimes it’s good to just find a person, then group, find another person, (group size increased). For example i was in kessex hills, a human 16-25 area, and found two random guys who were doing an area. We joined up, and being a giant butt norn I was the gung-ho leader.
Another prime example do not be afraid to just take charge. If you want to solo, go for it. If you want a group, call the shots. In orr there’s a skill point i needed in an area called the temple of balthazar. SURROUNDED BY SO MANY VETERANS. I knew i couldn’t solo the area so i backed off and kept exploring. Came back for a group event to take the temple and thought finally i can get the sp. Turns out i got there too late and the NPC’s just ended up dying off leaving 5 players sitting around like “ kitten ” So, i ran up said “i need this Skill Point, if you guys want to come let’s go I’m goin for it”. Turns out I got an instant group of 5 other + 1 to follow, and we took Orr by storm for the next two hours or so.
