Im also extremely upset about it. Compare the shortbows measly ‘glow’ to the greatsword. 30 corrupted lodestones is such a waste for this weapon

I must say that I’m really disappointed with the “fix” for this bow. The skin looks terrible, in comparison to the other corrupted weapons, there is virtually no corrupted ‘glow’. As of now this bow is 63g on the TP and I don’t think it is worth it for such a terrible downgrade to the appearance to the bow. Bring the old version back

Recently discovered this problem on my human thief’s neck. It looks like the face and neck don’t join up properly and a seam can be seen. It may seem like a minor issue but it’s rather annoying and is more prominent in game (these screenshots aren’t that great). I have tried taking off all of my armor and my weapons but it makes no difference so I don’t believe that’s the cause of the problem.

I’ve also at times been at the front of the pack, I’ve done the beginning jumps so many times now that I know them pretty well and I hardly make mistakes. Most of the time the fog appears to be very far beneath me, my lag isn’t so extreme that I would have a 5 second delay. I don’t think there’s any more that I can do to help it though

I’m glad its not needed for the title ^^ although I would like the achievement, but I don’t think its worth spending hours on if I can’t complete it due to lag. Oh well :\

Well I live in South Africa, thers not much I can do about lag since I’m very far from the server. Does this mean its impossible for me to get this achievement? I cannot get passed half way without being kicked out. If I can’t get this achievement I can’t get the Emissary title. Which seems a little unfair..

I’ve attempted this puzzle at least 50 times now, I think it’s really awesome and challenging, but every single time i try, I get ported out randomly at different times for no apparent reason. I get ported out even if I’m standing on a platform or in mid air and when I’m far above the green ooze stuff. I’ve watched videos on how to do it and I jump as fast and as accurately as I possibly can. I cannot get further than the first 20 seconds of the jumping puzzle without getting ported out for no apparent reason. Is this just me or are there others experiencing this same problem?

Did you even test this fix yourself? I would love to see a video of the dev’s completing this part of CoF without suicide training.. If someone has completed this by actually killing the mobs please say so, I’d love to see just how many can pull it off as it’s “intended”

I just pugged CoF without suicide training, so please stop acting like because you can’t do it it’s impossible. After having done CoF (among others, I’m not some professional player but I have plenty of prior ‘raiding’ background and I’ve done most paths of explorables in this game working towards the dungeon master achievement) pretty extensively with a ‘best’ run of around 12 minutes, I wanted to experience the changes so started looking for a group.

Cool story bro, first person I’ve heard to pull it off. So please share your wisdom if you think its so easy.. Do you not see countless others complaining? Or are you just too oblivious to see because its all ok for you? Have you seen the thousands of posts on this forum? I never complain ever, I love GW2 I really do. But this is the first time I’ve felt let down by poor mechanics in the game. So tell me exactly how you can pull off killing 20 elites in 2.5 minutes with 5 people. Video or it didn’t happen.

If it is intended to fight those mobs, then WHY oh why do they spawn so fast?! We have tried targeting one mob at a time, by the time you kill 1/3 the next wave is up. Their HP and damage just seems to be too high so we are then forced to kite them around until we die and then repeat. I have yet to see any group successfully kill all of those mobs without wiping and trying over and over again. This is not a fix.

Look, I completely understand that it had to be made harder, but the timed room is just ridiculous. Even before, we are forced to kite around, because even if you focus dps on those few mobs, the next wave has already spawned, and then the next and before you know it there are 15+ elites surrounding a group of 5 people. It was doable then because 100 was just enough time to survive it. Now, by about 90% there are 20+ elites, a lot of them are ranged, and you can only dodge and pop cooldowns so many times before you just start to run around and hope that you won’t get 2 shot.. I was hit for 12k, not 4-5. Sometimes 3k 4 times in a row maybe. I play a fully exotic geared vitality thief as it is. Having a 3k leeway is hardly enough to survive the next hit.. If it’s intended for us to run in one by one and die and form some kind of suicide train from the teleport then I don’t understand. That isn’t challenging, that’s just testing how lucky you are with timing. I’ve been in CoF all day with many groups, trying many strategies. I managed to complete it once out of sheer luck and all I got was a mere 3 silver and a 20 silver repair. I just don’t understand how making it stupidly impossible is hard or “challenging” to anyone. There are other ways to alter difficulty to prevent speedruns. But this..
