At the Moment the only 2 honorable Piken Guilds (in my Opinion!) are GH and VII.
Everyone else just blobs or bashes random Players/Zergs which are around as big as their Guild Zerg, run away and camp in Keeps – practically do the same thing they accuse every National Server they fight of. I suppose GH and VII are the only things left of PS old fame.

Whether or not you transferred to Kodash could you please stop trying to derail our threads. The moderators deleted your posts due to them being inflammatory and discriminating, we would prefer that you didn’t try to keep doing the same here as you’re doing in all International server threads. I seriously doubt a Piken guild would run from a fight, even when heavily outnumbered, I think you are chatting kitten to be fair.

I want what you had… must be really good stuff… but anyways it was quite hard finding fights with piken tonight, it was either twice the numbers or run away with fewer, sure at end in FSP borderland atleast WiC push out of bay several times when outnumanned…

and FG… I either see the back of you or a second guild group next to you or 30FG + pugs.

Hello Jomg, I am the leader of FG. I think we can all agree that neither of us support or endorse the use of cheating. We are not a guild that uses exploits or cheats and you are in-fact the first person to put that to claim with our guild. Feel free to distribute your evidence here publicly on these forums for us to access and judge. You have my word and full confidence that if this is the case those parties involved will be removed from our guild and reported but until then we will await your evidence.

I dont want to moan too much this week but seeing Golden Horde and Sparta running hand in hand on GH border in a massive blob was rediculous. GH have gone toe to toe with Redguard so why arent you guys roaming or just running as a guild? why do you feel the need to crush us so hard with those numbers? RS blobs arent too hard to fight and even with their numbers we can still have fun but you guys are solid guilds on your own, why do you need to adopt the blob playstyle?

I may be wrong but I believe Golden Hordes usual raid leader (Richmond) took a break, probably what you are seeing is [GH] combining with Sparta because a lack of raid leader?

Considering I was the commander leading those people inside Hills this afternoon that screenshot is very biased and I think you know exactly why.

Firstly, the reason there was that many players there is for two reason:
1) I was the only commander present
2) Hills was the last objective on the map to take

What your screenshot fails to show is your two groups you had inside that keep. If I remember correctly and judging from your screenshot there is three commanders. One of which was leading [IF] with atleast 30 players and a second commander was leading friendlies with roughly around the same size. You had inner filled with arrowcarts and ballista on the walls.. so let’s say we did outnumber you, since that was all superior siege it pretty much made up for the missing of numbers ( if any ).

I actually enjoyed the fight in Hills, it was a long fight with alot of classes between both parties which ended up ultimately in our defeat. Your inner wall was on 5% and you managed to pull off a good last stand that gave you time to repair it. You know how to defend and I respect that. I just think your foolish posting one-sided screenshots like that.

Some fun fights so far but i have to say riverside, what is with your guild [IF] or [IR] whatever they are called. I’ve never seen a guild flash build so many arrow carts and ballista on the open field with even numbers.

Our daytime force as grown quite well and are now present is both daytime and afternoon/night. Were looking for more people who are looking to enjoy some structured and fun WvW aswell as the chance of down-time for pve and other events.

Were looking forward to seeing the new matchups. We are raiding in WvW everyday except thursdays now from 6pm GMT onwards.

The guild is also working on a day time crew between 7am-5pm GMT. We have received some people so far and are looking on expanding this!

Anyone else suffering from a lot of rubber banding/warping around tonight on piken border?

Going by the current glicko system, if we loose horribly we’ll probably gain enough points to reach T2. So I have my doubts about those two weeks.

Our numbers in WvW have greatly increased fielding around 40-60 players every night. We are splitting into two teams to counter blobbing and doing some awesome flanks!

Since the last patch which included ‘optimizations’ I’ve been crashing multiple times per day. Before this patch I never crashed outside of the WvW. Is anyone else experiencing more crashes since the update?

40? We usually run at least 75, and we only have warriors, guardians and necro’s. We have some thief alts to place traps.

VotF come from tier 1 you basically had to have around the numbers they have now to play there. It’s not like this tier doesn’t have its own blobs they can fight with those numbers. It all depends if the metagame is about blobs or guild. If it’s about guilds all running 20-25, sure everyone can run that number. If there are 60-70+ blobs running around zones, guilds might need that 30-35 to deal with that. But, yeah they will have a hard time finding a pure guild raid that fields similar numbers like they do.

Trying to explain anything logical to Devitz is like drawing blood from a stone. Infact according to Devitz logic every transfer from T1 to T3 is plaguing T3 with their blob concepts. So we are all blobs together.

You obviously do have a problem with the numbers. After two fights, one which was at OUR spawn you feel obliged to come to the forums to call us out for blobbing. Well Let’s take a look at the situation.

Briar: Our spawn, It’s where players spawn. You can’t even count that as blobbing when your sat out front of our tower.

Lake: Friendlies (pugs) followed us over the bridge since we were the ONLY GUILD on the map and there was ONLY ONE commander.

By your logic then your telling me that there was 80-100 Piken at briar and lake? 50/50 split right? Haha yeah right.

Anyways, i’m not gonna start a blob discussion, just wanted you to get rid of pugs and have 2 main groups walking around and not just 1 mix of everything so lag would be lower. More than 10 ppl as far as i know stopped fighting today and went to scout tasks becasue of the huge lag today…

I don’t care if there are 2 guilds of around 30 fighting togheter like some days that we faced HoB and VII (i think they were those) and generate lag.

What i hate is that having the same number (or more) pugs around you, you don’t try to split.

The raid is 75% FG 25% pugs, would you like a screenshot? Were obviously playing two totally different games here or you need to go get your eyes checked.

Hi everyone, I’ve been playing on Desolation for the entire time I’ve had the game. I love the server, everyone is great and majority of people are helpful and in all honesty I really don’t want to transfer.

However I am fed up of being in Tier 1, the tier is stagnant the fights are boring and its beyond a joke with the blob everywhere!

I’m looking to transfer to a smaller server, but still very much active with WvW so am looking for suggestions on where to go, which tier which server etc!

Hello Kai, FG and GH moved from Desolation over to piken square with a numerous amount of players who originated from Desolation. Whilst there is still blobbing in T3, It’s still no where near as bad as T1 EU. Queues aswell are quite minimal in comparison.

If your new to the game or WvW It’s a great time to join our guild. We are now holding WvW training on Thursdays covering a range of topics such as builds, positioning, combo fields, commanding and other skills that will aid well on the battlefield.

We’ve got officer spaces and PvE leader spaces currently open within the guild.

The guild has undergone and absorbed another guild into ours previously from Desolation. Activity has been hugely boosted and the community is great. We are now working on running two separate WvW raids for our event nights to accommodate the numbers.

The guild has their extra commanders now and is working on adding the extra WvW days into the rotation.

Our WvW events will now start from 7pm GMT + 1 in the future.

Getting slightly annoyed reading the whining from other people on reset. Let’s get a couple of things straight.

It is very possible and plausible that there are hackers on EVERY server. Blackballing and stereotyping a server because of something that few have done is very poor practise and naive. I also very much doubt each server supports hackers and behaviour of this type so stop making a fuss about it and report it with evidence if possible. If your going to post something about hacking then do it with some respect rather than calling out and insulting a whole server. That goes for all three server in this tier. It’s pathetic and stop acting like children.

Secondly players who are complaining about “blobbing”. It’s time to get over that servers blob, PS blobs, RS blobs and so does AR. Stop sugar coating it for your server, If there is only one commander on the map or even none what do you think people are going to do? FG, XT and WIC started in Riverside this reset, our combined numbers were around 60 if even that and the blob had us out manned in pure numbers that they had enough to revive people whilst fighting. A blob can not cover two keeps/towers that are getting attacked and thus using this we managed to claim both sides and Bay & Hills therefore this should not be a problem providing you have two organized groups on the map.

Hello PS,AR and RS. Just like to introduce myself, I’m Jue the guild lead and one of the main WvW commanders for our guild Forsaken Gamers [FG]. We have recently migrated over to Piken Square and were on the Riverside borderlands lasts night from reset.

I’d first like to thank the AR and RS that stayed in the borderlands to fight us rather than leaving for another borderlands. I don’t remember all guild names we faced but I believe [NR] and [BLAK] were two guilds that came over half way in to support their server. Thank you for fighting us in the open field and thank you for your determination. It is much respected and we hope to meet again.

Secondly, every server has flaws in every tier. I’m not too sure why players from both servers are bickering over something so little, please do not derail this thread. It is a heaven send compared to the T1 thread which is full of hate. So leave it and move on guys… If not do it over PM’s. The aim of this thread is for players throughout this tier to discuss in an adult and friendly manner the fights they have had and to share where credit is due.

I also just wanted to point out to the person who said T1 gameplay is running in out and keeps. This isn’t a fact and its defiantly not how T1 is played. Those tactics belong to one server that has been in T1 for a long time, it works for them but 9/10 the other two servers do nothing like this. Hope that clears things up.

Anyway It’s Saturday and our most active night so I hope everyone will be back out on the field again and fighting in game rather than over the forums.
