I would like to get commissions done for my gw2 characters as a surprise birthday present for my friend

Hsiung, since the patch, in pve aspect (forgive my may be inaccurate definition), servers are now grouped together. You’ll find players from other servers in pve maps. If you’ll like to find out how Dx is as a guild in the social aspect, I’m afraid WvW bls are where you would find us in the most. We don’t or only a few of us spend much time in pve :P
If I’m right the cost to transfer may come up to 25-30 USD.
ps: currently, Dx is in a matchup where our SEA is quite empty as the matched servers do not give us fights. With that in mind please really consider carefully if you’d like to transfer still and also consider the server in your decision.
pps: pm me ingame if you’d like to pvp. we do spend time in pvp (pvping dont need a transfer)

Hi there, we are primarily a WvW guild so if you’re in a different server, you will not be able to join us. Short of deleting characters to get a free transfer, you can purchase gems for transfer.

Maybe you should try Google DNS first and see if it works?
yup it works if google dns, but not the one for Unifi..
again like how u mentioned this is not suppose to be a permanent fix…
and Im not too sure what is the impact if keep using google dns..

The Google public DNS will work as a fix. For those in Malaysia using UNIFI, ISP has advised not to set DNS to automatic or to use Google public DNS and they recommend the following DNS servers:
Preferred: 1.9.1.9
Alternate: 202.188.0.133

If the problem is with IE, why did the problem with TP occur just 2 days ago when we dont have IE installed in our computers for years.
BACK TO THE TOPIC ON HAND.
Yes the issue is resolved by using google public DNS. But I have been using my ISP’s DNS since GW2 started. Problem only occurred 2 days ago and my ISP stated that there has not been any change to the DNS or blocked any ports that GW2 needs in order to function properly.
TO CLARIFY, I will double check with my ISP (Since this affects many Malaysian gamers, I have not heard from other countries) and will update here.
To note as well, since using Google Public DNS, even GW2 websites/forums looks better without broken links and pictures.
P.S: and Ashley, with all due respect, in regards to DNS I’ve already mentioned in a previous post that Google public DNS fixed the issue but its not a proper fix.

You cant uninstall IE .. any try will only mess up your windows. If there is an uninstall
option this is maybe just downgrading to an older version.And if setting manually another DNS-Server fixes the problem then the problem is
simply that the DNS-Server of your ISP is not working correctly. So contact your
ISP and tell them to fix their DNS Servers.
I did uninstall my IE. You wont be able to find it in my windows 7. Using chrome/firefox. I’ve already called my ISP about the servers. According to them nothing has been changed.
Hi there, I’m using a temp fix (i guess). Changed my DNS server in network settings to:
https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/
It works. Few of my friends from Malaysia tried it and it works. But I believe the problem is still there.
Anet/Ashley could you find out what is the problem please? This problem persists in Malaysia, so I’ve heard but I’ve called by ISP and nothing has changed, the 4 ports for GW2 is open and unrestricted.

Thanks for the reply, however, the problem still persists. Are there any other solutions? I’ve reset all my settings. Even tried putting off my firewall, Internet to the lowest possible security level but no luck. Please help, some of us here (like me) are desperate to get into TP Its part of what makes GW2 great!
I have done what you suggested and the result is still the same. What else do I do? I cant use TP at all to buy anything nor sell … I’m desperate!

Thanks Zeivu, updated with stats however I’m not sure how that would help as prior to the April patch using a transmutation stone I transmutated a different stats over the one which the Fervid Censer has (I just kept the skin).

Background on issue (as submitted on ticket, I’ve already submitted an ingame bug report as recommended and would like an answer/rectification):
’ve been rewarded the fervid censer based on the the completion of “Southsun Volunteer Fieldwork” in the Southsun living story. I have the achievement as you can see in my account.
Let me please re-account the situation, prior to the April 15 update I have transmutated the Green Quaggan backpack over the Fervid Censer knowing that if I did not like it I have the transmutation splitter to get back my Fervid Censer. According to your FAQ:
What happens with gear that I currently possess that is already transmuted?
The skins for both of the items used in the most recent transmutation of your gear will be unlocked in your Wardrobe in this situation. This means that you will have skins representing your most recent stats and appearance choices for each transmuted item.
Based on that FAQ, I actually waited till April update goes live since I would have my fervid censer skin as well as the green quaggan backpack. However, the fervid censer skin was NOT unlocked in my wardrobe even though it was my most recent transmutation (this particular incident occurs across all my armors i have transmutated over ie losing the previous skin and only retaining the current skin)
Based on my explanation, I should have the fervid censer skin unlocked in my wardrobe but it is not so. I would like to have that skin back. Thank you.
