The new WvW is the fighting 24 hours 7days non-stop, don’t want to use any tricks, just needs force at all times. If you side lack troops that means you are already defeated. LOL

One of the WvW factors is number of troops.
No full status = The unlimited troops!

I think that the problem right now is everyone likes to transfer or guest to the top world. It is an imbalance (both PVE & WvW) when Anet changed the world from Full to Very High.
