And just when the matchup list was sort of balancing itself out they throw out another week of free transfers and we straight away see Xaoc looking to leave for a new server which they will falsely inflate to a high tier and displace a constant high WvW population server to drop to tiers they don’t belong in and make everyone’s (including their own servers) week of WvW boring, a shame really.

RoF do have a high PvE population but one that also kind of fairweather fights in WvW. When we are stomping you’ll see big numbers but when things are tough it breaks back down to the hardcore WvW’ers. That and we lose a huge amount of points from about 2am-11am. At present the only truly constant early morning commander we have is Darcyll, a couple more and we could make some nice points from 7am-11am when most others log on.

Ok so we are at 9:30am and Drakkar just took about 4 of our RoF fully upgraded fully supplied keeps including our Garrison,. It was out last on our BL and all we had. Did they do it with their enormous zergs of 50 people? nope they had about 10-15 max. Now if you want to have a chance in this RoF and I understand you have lives, work etc, but I was the ONLY person defending all of our last 3 towers. Please for the love of expensive tower upgrades and Dolyak transporting….WAKE the F up before 12 midday, gahhhh!!. lol

To be honest if I had a 695 tick on reset night I wouldn’t and in fact didn’t think when it happened “Nice reset”. I thought, oh no I’m going to be logging on all this week with absolutely nothing to do except PvE. Points, ranking blah blah aside, I much prefer a low tick as you know when you log on there’s tons of WvW to do. But each to their own I guess.

Can someone check into a WSR level 80 ranger with FLKR guild tag that’s been botting/hacking on the quaggens in RoF BL next to hills for the past 4 hours please. I have about 5 minutes of fraps footage of me killing him with no retaliation having another 2 or 3 chars next to him ressing himself then me killing those also then all of them reappearing instantly back at the site to continue botting on the krait there.

Well nerfing the only skill that made rangers in any way decent in WvW sieges ‘Guard’ . This will certainly make me stop playing my ranger as WvW is all I do and it’s the ONLY end-game content you have. Congratulations, maybe make an emote so my pet can dance next to me during sieges, that might be fun, pointless but funny.

If this does help stealthy keep grabs as you know it will then yes you could say people will just have to scout better or spend more of their WvW time running up and down maps to check contested places. But ultimately in my opinion we would just see alot less tower upgrading after loosing fully upgraded fully supplied keeps to small fast groups and much more just capping and re-capping un-upgraded towers with large zergs, as people would see the upgrading expenditure as a waste. The reason is mostly the quite long timer when something is contested, unless someone is stationed there at all times then it’s going to get nabbed fast after it’s been given the all clear.

Hope I’m proved wrong but I don’t think I will be.

I’m from RoF and have found Arborstone play very good defense mostly. Had alot of quite intense battles so far which is nice even though it’s an unbalanced week. I hesitate to push the offense into Arborstone much more than I did UW with the same numbers on each side, they must have been quite a force when they had the numbers.

It’s an unbalanced week which is a shame but still some good fighting to be had as Blacktide are pulling out some decent numbers on occasion now as well. This week isn’t going to be one I thought I would have to either skip or spend it running clean across maps constantly just to re-take the odd camp after all so that’s good.

I would imagine you are in quite a minority that are so addicted to this game that your own health is failing. I don’t believe Anet is at fault in fact getting people ‘hooked’ is their business and goal I would imagine, the degree of that though seperates into being very much your own mental problem and not their game design.

You seem to skirt around the issue that you personally have this problem seeming to see that everyone is in your boat, and it’s up to Anet to sort it somehow so kind of excusing the fact that you yourself need to take a step back.

Tobacco companies mostly only paid when the people that took ill from it started smoking at an age where smoking was advertised as a good or even healthy thing to do, it was false advertisng. Anet hasn’t said I don’t think that playing this game 16 hours a day will vastly improve your health and social life if they had then you might have a leg to stand on with this argument.

TBH I haven’t seen much steamrolling from AG, at everyones peak time in fact they really have only just held the upper hand. Everything AG has gained this week has mostly been because you’ve had 20-30 US players? fighting against a maximum defense of 4 people so have been able to wipe everyones upgrades by the next day and the other two servers have had to start from scratch defending and upgrading instead of attacking whilst all of your towers have been at max.

Not to take this away from you guys well done, you have the people and we don’t, that’s not a bad thing per se. In the long run though it’s made it bad for yourselves, quite a dull week with nothing to do until well into the day after everyones taken some towers back and then next week you’ll probably get creamed because I’d imagine the servers you will be up against will have night crews to match and exceed yours so you’ll be having a week like RoF and GH have had, until you rocket back down and have another boring week winning everything on the map.

I truly hope you can hold your own in the tier you’ve placed yourself in simply so you don’t ping pong up and down making other servers especially your own miserable in WvWvW.

I’m against allowing US players on EU servers and vice versa, you don’t need this new thing that the tower lord comes into play when a server has the whole map you really only need to limit nightcapping, it would be massively reduced (not gotten rid of) by limiting which country plays on which server.

Yes it was during a siege, they killed someone using ballista to fend off siege of the AG attackers the first time. It helped turn the tide, so downplaying or defending this isn’t really the right attitude is it.

i once heartseeker on someone as they run into a keep and glitch past door, and a war in my group leaped and got same glitched.. We thought awsom and killed untill downed then tryed to redo to see if it is pos so can report, but never worked again..
People will always glitch by misstake if its only one and not a mesmer i am sure it was a misstake glitch and he enjoyed it.. if he knew how or what he was doing he would of brang more thfs with him so he can do something in ogre..

On three separate instances this person spent minutes trying to jump stealth through the join in the wall until they did it, there was no battle on at the time they were alone and being alone with no battle on this person was free to destroy siege placed inside or wait until a battle to start killing people using the siege.

People need to stop blaming servers for happernings unless you see more than 1 group with drifrent guild tags..
This person may change to your server next week and enjoy the glitch some more, Kodel but does that make your server a hacking server? No.
Just name and shame the guild tag next time and class and race, then leave down to the server if you have not all ready reported to deal with them. As i am sure a respectful guild will deal with it right away.

By bringing your whole server into it it helps make sure that more people try and stop it so the server doesn’t get a bad name for itself. If I had just said the guild then it would be easy to shrug off saying no one likes them anyway. All about server pride I guess.

Ok i did respect you AG for your win but at the moment you have a female thief in guild Jade Reapers that has 3 times glitched through Ogre Watch wall when it isn’t in your possession, she’s using ‘Closer to the Stars’ tag. Might actually be bothered to fraps you maybe if you don’t get your boney exploiting little butt out of Ogre watch. Such a shame AG you won…why cheat?

As someone from WR I don’t mind losing at all we’ve lost a few times but the fight was still fantastic. This week unfortunately has just been boring. I don’t why AG dropped tiers but you guys really don’t belong in this one. Congratulations on the win but I can’t wait for a match up like WR/GH/another same size server. Here’s hoping.
