If you got hit with the full duration agony attack multiple stacks of agony were applied getting you killed. You can’t los powersuit agony attack and the range of it is huge if not even covering the whole room/being global.
Guardian does good job in pretty much every support area, ele for pure healing and aoe control.
So kick people for wearing MF gear , seriously what has this game come to. i pray you hide away in your guilds and never need pugs, for their sakes.
low.
Give it a second thought. Wearing mf gear, unless everyone in the group uses it, is like saying “Hey, you do the work and watch me reap higher reward than you.”
I don’t like the changes since it will lower the quality of high lvl pug groups which has been pretty much the only reason for me to run fotm, no other dungeon comes even close in the average quality of pug groups.
Also why would they implement something like this and not make fotm lvl account wide? Many of the high lvl players have enough rings for multiple characters and know how to avoid most of the agony. Especially with upcoming changes i see no reason for them to be forced to lvl each character separately.
Hard to believe some one managed beat lvl50 with only 25-30 agony ress. At 36lvl with 25 agony ress, healer elementalist just barely manages survive at 4th boss.
They don’t survive it, after lvl 50 it’s impossible atm or so I’ve heard. Instead they use revive orbs or other tricks to beat maw.
Troll has always had multiple possible spawn locations, it has never been guaranteed to spawn near Kholer. Kholer can also be skipped, as well as the troll if it happens to spawn. Running past them after aggroing won’t affect your ability to finish the path.
Something that helped me a lot in Cliffside is noticing that in the 75%-50% phase the boss gains protection about 1s before the pbaoe attack every time making it easy to time the dodges. See protection -> dodge.

Power is good, cond dmg is bad. If your team has at least one ele team lvl won’t matter too much either since just using frost bow will guarantee fast enough burrow killing with any comp and lvl.
The only arah path I have finished is the 1st one. And since it was my first time on Giganticus we died a bit before killing it. I do agree with closer WP’s. If they really want to make it work – each boss should have the waypoint outside of the room, and once engaged that specific WP becomes contested. Once it loses all agro then it will be freed. That way groups that zerg will have to pay the price in running and trying to live, while those that want to kill it w/o death zerging don’t have annoying runs.
I feel they should generally add more waypoints and just make every waypoint contested whenever anyone from party is in combat, for dungeons that is. WP res tactic to take down bosses is never the right way and would be easy to remove, while getting smoother overall gaming experience.
