so the way they worded it, each gift will contain:

1 mini Queen Jennah
1 24-hour birthday boost
1 scroll of experience

… I have 5 characters, all created on day 1 of the pre-order headstart .. does that mean I’ll get 5 miniature Queen Jennahs? Why would I need 5?

Also I hope the other two items aren’t soulbound .. I really do …

The news says there’ll be changes, but there isn’t anything specific being said.

Should I be getting magic find armor for my new lv80? I don’t have MF gear on any of my other lv80 characters, I figured I’d gear up my ranger to as much extra magic find and gold find as possible.

Now I’m not so sure.

Also runes? I wanted to get Runes of the Noble from CM.

… not knowing what EXACTLY will get changed and how, forces me to stop working towards all that and do something else until new news gets released.

Personally I dislike the part where you turn into mist. I feel they put that in just so you don’t feel disappointed when you die quickly. It doesn’t help though.

I hate the searching and waiting for the last few survivors to drop. I hate there is so little blue orbs … a spectator mode would’ve been better than mist form.

ALSO … the game doesn’t reward you for staying alive, but for killing other people. One game I was 2nd last survivor and the score put me on 8th or 9th place.

Remember how we heard NCsoft made Arenanet quit on Cantha? Well I think this is ****kitten (kitten lol, rly guys? your rewrite the thing that comes out of our bottoms to kitten? xD).

Why?

Because Cantha is such a huge part of the Guild Wars universe it would be a stupid move, not only lore-wise, but as a business move too. Every idiot knows you should play your strengths and not discard them.

Cantha will be in GW2, sooner or later. And I agree, the living story is a perfect way to ease the transition and build up hype for a new (first) major expansion.

I probably should have opened this thread back when my memory on the Lost Shores was fresh so I could at least give some arguments to support my theory. I don’t have much to say on the matter but I’m convinced Isgarren has something to do with all the stuff going on.

I have a hunch.

The only argument I can think of now is Canach being in Garenhoff …

Yes, and I realize it’s hasn’t even been a year since launch. But why not make history by making Guild Wars 2 a game with record breaking frequency of awesome updates/expansions?

Also, one Elder Dragon per year seems quite a long time considering how many there are. They can’t possibly expect GW2 to stay fresh and popular all those years.
