Looking at the interactive map that_shaman has up, I see the 4 large main maps that Arenanet and others have referenced for this expansion.

My question is for the 3 smaller tidbit maps that show up new as well. I’m talking about:

1. The small map just above the North East corner of the Silverwastes
2. The medium map just above the new Northern map (looks kinda like a series of islands and waterways)
3. The medium map that is bordering 3 new maps, as well as dry top (looks like a large island).

Obviously I haven’t bought the expansion yet, but I’m super curious what these additional maps are, as I haven’t seen any obvious reference to them yet. (My guesses are guild halls, story only maps, or pvp maps)

What really bothers me are the location of the elder dragons.
They are all very close to eachother, and none is neither in Cantha nor in Elona. They are in Depths of Tyria, Far Shiverpeaks, Ruins of Orr, Dragonbrand, Heart of Maguuma and the last one at a random spot in the ocean. The world is so large but all of them are so close? Really?

Knowing this and knowing that GW2 is all about killing dragons really gives me a feeling we will never see Elona and Cantha again in any future expansion. Silly.

This is shear optimism in favor of seeing Cantha or Elona eventually.

Even though the elder dragons are close together now, doesn’t mean that they couldn’t eventually move to new areas. I don’t have any basis for motivation for this, but it would be an interesting plot device to have one of them have a change of their current status quo and decide to go to either other continent forcing the player character to deal with them there.

Just a hopeful thought :-)

Dragons would be nice…..

So I see some issues with this in other threads from months ago but nothing really recent, and no real closure to any of those posts.

I was playing Forging the Pact personal story with another player and we had it drop connection for us 3 separate times on us. This is a rather long and tedious mission to have to keep restarting.

Anyone else still seeing this issue too? It’s definitely linked to this personal story mission in particular. Does ArenaNet still recognize this as something that still needs to be fixed?

So did they just decide not to use any of that dialogue? It seems silly keeping Chauncey in the game but not having any real official story behind him.

Yes, I am seeing this as well. 8/6 superior ogre runes. I only have 2 on my pve gear, and 6 for my pvp gear
