I thought the incentive to run the same dungeon 60+ times would be the rewards. Even if you do the different paths, there’s still 56 more runs.

I just ran the Lvl 40 dungeon as a level 60..fully geared in yellow vitality toughness gear and was ONE SHOTTED.

this just means you haven’t discovered the evade button yet. use that, guarantees invincibility for an instant.

What happens to the 20 instants after that while your bar is recharging?

Seems like a good lesson to learn though.

Lesson #1: Arenanet should test their updates before making them live.

First try we tried kiting through. Next try we tried just killing all the monsters. Magg decided to run into the lava to kill the monsters and just died so we waited 10 minutes or so for him to respawn. Tried again, failed, gave up.

Tell me your secrets, because if the average player can’t do a dungeon properly then there must be some secret that the pros have to do it. Seems like you need 1337 skills to pull it off.

How did you manage DPSing through? The monsters kept respawning for me when I tried it.

Well it apparently has to be possible in some way. I see the guy who made the dungeons try to defend his views on the update so clearly he must have made some sort of secret that some people have figured out. The only reason I do these dungeons is for the armor skins. All the crafted ones look pretty terrible and the dungeon ones are the only ones that look good. I’d get the cultural ones, but I don’t have 100 gold for armor skins.

We didn’t even manage the corpse run. He would attack everything even though some of us tried kiting the mobs away.

How do you guys manage to get him through the lava? I understand making it harder to nerf speed runs, but to make it impossible is another thing. I just tried to do it with a group and we could not get through.

He attacks everything and all the monsters kept respawning. We died and had to come back to get him which we could not do since he was in the middle of the area, dead and we had no fire extinguisher. He finally respawned near us 10 minutes later when people already started leaving.

Can anyone share how to get through?

Any idea what might be up? This is literally the only game I’ve ever had any problems with on my computer. Diag log attached. My internet is connected straight into my modem/router via ethernet cable. I’ve even tried to bridge it, but it wouldn’t help.

No actual answers yet? I’ve been trying to figure out what causes the problem, but no luck. It’s definitely not on our end. Been trying to get any information on it by posting here, sending in a support ticket a week or so ago and posting on the Facebook page and still nothing.

Anyone have any idea? I’ve tried everything. This game would be perfect if I could stay connected.

You’re not the only one with the problem. Same symptoms as you, but I also get error 3032. I had a tech support guy from my ISP remote access my comp to open all ports and stuff and I’m still getting this. I’m pretty sure it’s something to do with Anet.

I was wondering if anyone has any idea what causes this error? I’ve been getting error code 3032 since launch day. Every hour or so it would disconnect me and it says Network Error.

I’ve also been getting Error Code 7, which I read it says that it’s either due to a firewall or because several ports aren’t forwarded. I forwarded my ports and had a tech from my ISP double check and all 4 ports are open.

Are both of these problems from your end? I had a support ticket in since the 28th and no response from there yet. For the record, I have tried repairing twice, reinstalling and doing a port check by adding /clientport 80 on a shortcut.
