Why is the majority of the TC zergs using the zoom exploit on arrow carts to win tower/keep sieges?
I could say the same thing about FA, and DB.
The current situation is, arrow carts are now broken, changes will be made (hopefully). When will they be made, who knows? Soon™?
Calling servers out over a particular action that is being abused by all sides is foolish.
I’ve seen all sides putting ACs in every location, but only one of those servers is constantly using the zoom exploit. It seems to be at nearly every tower or keep sieged by that server in NA time slot.
All servers are using it and have been using it since the patch. Has DB done it multiple times? Yep, you bet. Has TC done it multiple times? Yep, you bet. Has FA done it multiple times? Yep, you bet.
You see where I’m going with this? Currently, as long as you can see over the door, you can hit anywhere you can see withing the extended range, that includes the lords room.
Can’t wait til the arrowcarts get fixed…
No point in getting all worked up over a broken game mechanic….
Every server does it equally annoyingly – It is what it is … everyone needs to just get over it.
At least DB and TC borderlands doesn’t cause crashes every five freaking minutes >.<
Would be nice to be able to defend our borderlands….
And walls need to be walls it stupid things can fire in but not out for example .Stupid I as a mesmer can make beserkers follow through walls/doors without even trying .Terrain needs to work to give cover etc arrows flying through stone cliffs would be amusing if this was not a 2012 game.

Its economics it balances those DB lost trying to take DB hills and DB bay .

and arrow carts of course ,now some limited mobility fire support would be intresting.
Zergs are mostly at the mob level of tactics but it is intresting to see over the weeks how the mobs with better commanders have become more organized and flexible.
That will continue armies are not made in weeks or commander skills with the purchase of a blue icon.
The doom zergs are out and about this week. Gotta love skill lag when 50 TC show up to defend a camp from 5 FA. :p
Or last week when we were amused at the caution of FA zerg slowly sieging the bay ,we did have numbers 6 .We even charged the trebs one time all died still able swim back in .After 20 30 mins your bay of red 30 40 50 dont know a lot had the temerity to charge the lords room.Point happens all sides so ..?
You win some you lose some ,sometimes you have numbers sometimes others do
..again so what .Am sure all can pull such examples .
Seperate note can Kain have a collection and get the Kain player Chuck Norris to change his name he is ruining all the internet Chuck Norris memes single handled .
Could be wrong but think before reset i ran into him with Fa now seems to be Kain (last night )…but that could be mistake
.Either way the name not sure allowable but is damaging to the Norris brand name…ie “Chuck Norris will never have a heart attack. His heart isn’t nearly foolish enough to attack him.”

This community is seriously the biggest collection of cry babies ever.
It took me all of about 45 minutes to finish my daily yesterday, and the only one I had to actively seek out was the Kryta Slayer one. If 45 min is too much time for you to invest in something, then don’t play an MMO.
You have literally ignored the entire point. The point is many players have completed all the overland content and want to enjoy other aspects of the game; but there is no point in playing the rest of the game and doing the things that we want to do Fractals, Dungeons, Spvp; because we have to magically control time and add 45 minutes to our day to do the daily. You obviously didn’t even read anything. Like where dozen or so times I have already said is what I want to do is spend 2 hours doing dungeons; but there is no point in spending 2 hours doing dungeons if I have to spend an additional 45 minutes doing dailys.
Where is the have to there is no HAVE to its is totally your decision .
Do as you like i do , if i get the monthly think did once or the daily done a few times great but you never ever ever ever HAVE to .
Now i have 2 choices choice to do or not and choices what to do if decide too err do .
More choices are always good telling others what they have to do is not.
Wow. Who designed this ? I mean really… How does a designer come up with something like “ok, let’s make them harder, more annoying… and let’s involve crafting!”.
The new dailies are absolutely horrible.
Harder ? more annoying ..is like claiming arithmetic is harder more annoying than matrix algebra .
They are fun, easy, fast and much more intresting than the previous chore(s).

It’s not the servers that are empty, its the zones within those servers. Everyone is crammed into 1 spot atm.
Well one personal observation deserves another .Logged last night low level maps to finish a few areas .Everywhere i went there were groups i helped with bosses skill points etc .So I was able to see a solid base of players every zone went too .Low mid and high .
What does it mean absolutely nothing just one limited observation the same as the omg zones are empty posts .Both are limited observations .

Your wording destroys the point you were attempting to make .
Exactly same type name press delete, screen clears and nothing changes.
All the issues which people use against the inclusion of mounts, have in the most part been successfully dealt with in other games.
Its that simple.
The most part ………..a rather dismissive and unmeasured term .
What you require mounts means a lot of redesign and work its not as simple as you try to portray it .
Scale at present is designed balanced on walk explore discover .
The ranges space of events creatures is also based on this.,the speeds reactions ranges of monsters also.
Inclusion of mounts would require a lot of rebalancing and rescaling which is far from simple .And would always have the ability to seriously hinder systems that work at present .
Just think through the effect of speed ….can an animal attack a mount ..can the mount outrun ….if the speed is adjusted can the player on foot escape ..how far will the creature chase …how do you limit range how far chase before retreat …..do you keep slow reaction ranges as now ..simply make horses fast invunerable means of travel …how do you limit the effect player running one event another when in a close area …do we change the scale events ..the timing events …the distances between ….and we can go on and on and on .
No simply the problems with mounts have not been answered just ignored it seems .
Mounts have never been correctly implemented in any MMO before and would be incorrectly implemented in GW2. .
What part of implementation does not work in LOTRO …?
And the mounted combat certainly does work well in the Riders of Rohan expansion ,enjoyed the beta a lot.
Or you could try playing on a US server weekday ,pacific time when most americans are asleep.
Events on level with if lucky 2 others often end in failure even with the best co-ordination .
