All other types of cheese make a yearly pilgrimage to worship at the altar of Brie, the one true cheese.
Yeah, if you want to stack some bleeds then put the next 5 into trickery and toy around with the caltrops on dodge.
The Frostynips.
I went norn so I could be a werebear. I’ve wanted to do that since GW1.
While it may not be a game changer, a 2k heal is an interesting tool to add to the arsenal. I agree with one of the first replies, they could have just nerfed, but they decided to slap then tickle.
I think OP would get a better response if the general theme of his movies wasn’t a big ego stroke. Making snide remarks after downing someone in a duel is bad form. There is a reason why players like Yishis get respect, and it’s not their smack talking skills.
he keeps on boasting his d/p p/d skills and trash talking his victims in sPvP so i challenged him. respect others if you want to be respected so he got what he deserved
Fair enough.
The only way to make non-thief players happy would be to remove all stealth from the profession and make it so we could only wield a wet pancake as a weapon.

Personally I’d like to see more backpacks, but I guess anything to go into that backslot would be cool.
The thought of charr galloping along with a flagpole on their back is priceless.
I love reading these threads and hearing all the people theorycrafting the break even point for buying one of these. /facepalm
Come on guys, it’s a game and the item is cool as hell. It’s one last consumable you’ll have to maintain. It has a wicked animation. And while, yes it would be cooler to be account bound, it’s still a great buy.
I think it’s all personal taste. I had an asura and it just felt too goofy every time I saw him almost tip over when moving.
Elementalist needing more weapons? Considering that each weapon has four sets of skills I find this hard to swallow, but an addition of a normal sword could be stomached I guess. Greatswords…no.
Engineers need more weapons or at least make their weapon kits more viable so they have more options.
I’m looking for more people to jump back into GW1 and focus on hall of monuments point runs. So anyone else out there that would like to hit 30 as fast as possible?
So let me know if you’d like to get something going or if you have space in an existing HoM point group. Thanks.
The majority of people here are saying that the pick is too expensive. Honestly I can’t imagine why.
Considering that a normal MMO subscription would be equivalent to 1200 gems a month, dropping a tenner on an item that makes it so I never have to buy another pick is a no brainer.
If you can’t afford it then don’t buy it, but don’t try to make it sound like it’s not a great deal.
I’d actually play a chick if they pulled a few more armor pieces off and maybe threw in a g-string or two.
I don’t see any reason that all hard earned skins unlocked by your characters shouldn’t be stored on the HoM vendor with the rest of the heritage skins. Most skins are a real pain in the greaves to get, they should be able to be shared between your characters and easily retrieved.
It’s strange to me that ANet would have such elegant solutions to most of the game’s issues and then put in this incredibly stingy skin system. The money grab of transmutation stones can’t be that important. Especially when they are forcing people to buy keys for the fused skins.
I’m hoping someone can answer a few weapon skin related questions for me since I can’t seem to find the info anywhere.
Ok I lucked out and got a fused weapon ticket. Now the only experience I’ve had with equipment skins is the HoM skins which are all vendored and you can return at any time to pick up a new skin if you replace a piece of equipment.
Is there a persistent vendor for all unlocked account bound skins elsewhere or do I have to juggle this fused weapon skin from weapon to weapon as I level up via transmutation stones?
If I lose the weapon by some dark stroke of luck, is the skin unrecoverable?
Since it’s account bound will my other chars have access to it somehow?
Thanks
Throwing these skins into chests is a lame move. I’d happily shell out money for a guaranteed skin from the gem store. Blowing gold and real world money on keys for just a slight chance is beyond frustrating.
Personally I think the Greatsaw skin is so sexy it hurts, guess I’m a little kid.
I’ve tried searching for this, maybe I’m just not using the correct phrasing. Anyway, the armor set that is shown on the Warrior character creation screen…is that an actual set or a mish mash of other sets? I don’t see it on gw2armor.com but I simply must have it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Im srsly stumped as to why you would even call ur characters that in the first place. Your obviously just testing arenanets patience.
Please reply as to a good reason your characters are called that
How is Cash Money or No Friends an anyway testing anybody’s patients?
Cash Money is obviously going to be related to gold sellers and therefor just stupid to make ur character named that and No friends… some people dont like to hear that in an MMO… hell most people dont like to hear that anywhen.. to put it as ur characters name is just rude
No Friends is offensive?! That’s just a big fat bag of epic facepalm-grade crazy. Those names aren’t offensive or troublesome in ANY way to anyone that isn’t actively looking for reasons to be offended. Honestly I wasn’t even signed in when I read your ridiculously goofy post and I had to make sure I logged in just to let you know how off base and wrong you are.
Arenanet seems to have let GW1 go to the dregs in regards to policing chat and content; it’s shocking to see how heavy handed they are in GW2. In any case, I rarely chat with anyone outside my guild so it doesn’t really affect me.
