Below is my build. It isn’t very good I assume. I like playing mace/shield as I like to heal/support and I think it look kittening kitten. I also like staff as secondary for obvi reasons. I play WvW almost exclusively. Can anyone help me out with a good mace/shield build? Or if mace/shield is worthless for WvW let me know as well. I wear full knights armor (except gloves are soldiers) and all my trinks/jewelry are soliders.

I don’t know why people are saying that. This week SF has only gained rating points on IOJ by 3, they still have 22 to go. IOJ is gaining points so far this week (about the same amount as SF is). It could be possible if HOD keeps tanking on purpose, but it’s definitely not set in stone yet (or even a projected probability yet).

I read it in this thread so if I am helping spread incorrect information……..good. I think we should spend the next days focused on them to do all we can to hold them back for another week. I think we got the #2 spot on lock, so no worries there. There’s a lot of them, but they are easy meat, which equals bags, which equals win.

Sorry to interrupt this weeping kitten fest but just had to say great time last night vs. PVP on our borderlands. When we wiped you at Bay, I was standing in a pile of loot bags that would have made Scrooge McDuck jealous. Epic. I look forward to more of these clashes.

Agree. Last evening was awesome. No more being killed by invisible peeps! Pushing through zergs and actually getting to see how many frenemies you’ve killed wails! I didn’t experience any lag and was getting about 20FPS in the zergs without reducing the settings so good job ANet.

Good fights with both HoD and GoM last night in EB and the BLs. In case you’re wondering, I’m the Sylvari Guardian, decked out in red, white and blue armor weilding a candy cane. Typically I am the one dying…

I hope this means I can do more than just run around and die now.

You can see the Guild tag, and by removing team color, you will reconize people by their gear/race/color.

Small guild like PAXA/ENVY usually are pretty easy to reconize.

And I made it easy for them to target me as I’m the only members of my guild.

It seems the change that fixed tagging for vets/camps also applied to WvW. When I was playing my upleveled staff ele in a zerg fight before I would get very few tags as I couldnt attack people enough to get credit. Now a single hit suffices and loot is raining on my low level alt.

How the hell do you know who your enemies are? All you get is “Anvil Rock Invader” or “Borliss Pass Invader”, so they all look like the same rotton kitten to me.

So I just discovered WvW a couple days ago and was very impressed. Now I find that there is a dedicated kitten talking thread for our rivalry? This is pretty rad. So AR and BP, watch out for the Sylvari trying to shove a boat anchor up your kitten (not sure how sensitve ANet is about language on here….).

*Edit: Lulz, so I guess thats how they handle colorful language.
