Its hit or miss really. Quips first collection was really entertaining. The Predator’s collection was a buggy mess.
If they completely revamped Orr and made it as good as Meguuma Falls I’d be pretty kitten happy, as far as mobs / events / ect go anyway. Just don’t make it as confusing to navigate.

strangely, not a single newbie has complained, every single complaint has been from veteran players, usually with commander tags moaning how there are too many tags on the map now.

You hit the nail on the head. People tend to come onto the forums to make problems seem bigger than they are.
I haven’t had a single problem with Mentors on my server. As for dozens of people putting it on while waiting for Karka Queen / After Killing Karka Queen?.. Boo hoo people play with their toys. I’ve seen plenty of Commanders do the SAME THING.
You aren’t Neo. No dodging in place for you. Moving to dodge makes you think about where you’re going to dodge to.
Or maybe just maybe Anet didn’t overreact. But the player base that uses the forums did. (As usual) the new content isn’t that difficult, and Anet shouldn’t have to hold a bunch of peoples hands. The new content IS a tad grindy however, I’d be happy with them making it slightly less so.
Do not complete it on a non-revenant! The armor soulbinds to the person who finishes the collection making it impossible give to your rev if you decide to just buy the last piece of your collection.
Pretty sure its bugged like several other collectibles in Predator’s path.
Thats not the only one thats bugged. The Jumping Puzzle in Bloodtide is also bugged. And the event chain in Malchor’s leap that leads to purchasing another collectible is regularly bugged and undoable until a new Malchor’s Leap exists or the servers are brought down. I also had trouble with the Scarlet’s Prototype.

I liked the story instance, but the conversation between marjory and kasmeer came off as…I don’t know. I didn’t care for it very much.

My guess plant dragon, we’ll head to Meguuma wastes to confront it. Why Meguuma wastes? there have been bandits in Brisband working on a bridge leading there for a while now.
The x’s are the major powers. Vigil, Priory, Whispers and Lions arch from the looks of things. Their base locations anyway.

Simple and achievement don’t really make sense in the same sentence.
Here is what I have learned so far. – Its tower defense, there is hammers at the entrance of each path for you to build walls and things to slow the Watchwork Enemies down. DO NOT LET THE WATCHWORK PASS PERIOD. Ignore the others if you can. The watchwork are priority. – Once its your paths turn to go inside and fight. READ THE ABILITIES OF THE CHAMPION YOU ARE FIGHTING. Seriously I cannot stress this enough, you need to read to know wtf you’re doing. After you kill it destroy the regulator. – Will add more as I get further into the event.
The event itself is super fun (Marionette) the wait time however isn’t fun.
I’m guessing all these keys have to do with Scarlet’s Lair.

Because I wasn’t paying attention to my inventory, my bad about that. But still kind of crazy how quickly you get ported to 1-2. They should consider making the rewards from the “Chests” into the same type that appear over your mini map.
I was with someone, we managed to finish trib 1-1, inventory was full opened the last chest. Making room to grab my things, instantly teleported to Trib 1-2 so I lose my bubble bauble AND my Kingtoad token. MFW
Why bother worrying about the event when the only reward for beating it is two rares?
Thats the problem. The incentive for finishing is pathetically low.

They’re not stalling your event. There is plenty of OTHER events around for you to finish while the farmers sit there and kill champions.
If you want to get mad, get mad at the sheeple that follow the Commanders without knowing what to do or whats going on because they don’t read or ask.

Majory could totally spice up the A-team roster. Faren would just end up kittening everything up all the time everytime.
If we’re going the Rule 63 DE A-Team Route, replace Faren with Majory. Faren would just be the guy that shows up on occasion for them to save from some kind of problem.
Canache can join them and be the “Murdock” of the new Destiny’s Edge A-Team.
There is no consequence beyond losing the two rares for failing the invasion. Two rares is nothing. You get MORE for farming champions and failing than you do skipping champions and winning.
I hope they let Hobo-Tron join the team!

As far as I can tell the new Destiny’s Edge is the Rule 63 version of the previous DE. So we’ll have a female human, a male asura, and a male sylvari. Maybe they’ll let Canach out and he’ll join DE. Hue. And maybe Majory will be the human! … hmmm…
While I appreciate being able to fight with it on. I’d appreciate a lot more if there wasn’t a 30 minute cooldown with a 5 minute duration on the tonic. Soooo if you could just fix that, that’d be great.
Is asking Anet to fix the poor camera angles whining?
If they fixed the camera ( Or put it in an instanced arena without the terrible camera destroying walls) I’d find it a bit more enjoyable.
