Are you a fan of alcohol and alcohol-based beverages? Do you love Guild Wars 2? Do you like playing Guild Wars 2 while enjoying alcoholic beverages? Then Liquor Bar Drunkards is where you want to be!
Our guild is looking to start 2013 right by getting more people in on the liquor related silliness. We’ve been making great strides lately in providing the means for our members to do what they want, all while enjoying a nice tall one. We have access to a guild bank filled with food and runes, guild armor for those that want to portray our swagtastic emblem, and we’re level two in all guild influence areas, including Politics and Art of War. This allows us to better cover both PvE and WvW not only for us, but to also spread our love of booze to those outside of the guild as well. However, if we want to continue to grow, we’re going to need your help in doing so.
Right now, we’re a small, humble guild of drunkards, but I want us to grow to something much larger, and that’s where you come in. We recruit players of all walks of life, whether you’re a dungeon crawler, a WvW veteran, or an explorer. We do all of these activities while celebrating our common enjoyment of all things liquor related, whether you’re a classy type that drinks fine wines, or you’re a humble man that drinks light beers.
Starting the month of January of 2013, we will also be announcing Liquor of the Month, where we proclaim a type of booze of choice that all members should try at least once. If we can grow our numbers enough, I’d like to start doing more events, such as in-game drinking contests, world excursions to help out those in need, and any other silly shenanigans that we can come up with. Because if there’s one thing we strive for, it’s to simply have fun.
If you’re interested, are 21 years of age or over, and a resident of the Stormbluff Isle server, then contact Dacori (PolishSausage.1279) in game for all the details (you can sometimes see me making drunken conversation in Lion’s Arch map chat late in the evening). If I’m not online, then you can always send a message to me through the in-game mail and I’ll get back to you when I can.
We have a Steam group as well, which you can visit below for those who want to add another group to their list of many, as well as for those who want another outlet to proclaim their love of liquor (we hope to have a TF2 server in the future when funds are available).

I’ll see you in game, and have a safe and booze filled happy new year!

GW2 is a game that allows for a myriad of playstyles, with numerous gear possibilities to help support this level of freedom. So it surprised me when I keep being reminded that there aren’t even any loadout slot options for gear, considering how many people (including myself) like to switch between gear setups and trait loadouts.
I think having this option in-game would be a serious boon to convenience, as not only could it allow players to keep better track of the gear they need for a specific layout, it’d make switching to them after respeccing a much easier task. Obviously this would be something that you’d have to do when out of combat, and it would only really effect gear (still would need to pay for respecs), but it would make carrying around different sets of gear an easier task.
Complaining over a complaint. Crying over a cry. The real child is you, no one here is cursing and banging their heads on the pc (with the exception of Deadfly.3268).
I know it’s hard to expect reading comprehension from people on a gaming forum, but surely you can’t be this idiotic. Or are you just rectally damaged that I’m one of the few people trying to be the voice of reason here?

6) Ignore the idiots whining and making flame bait posts and appreciate what we have as a class.
I like the underwater buffs, as fighting underwater in general is a humongous pain in the kitten Locust and gluttony buffs are also very nice. Makes it easier for my axe build to get over 50% meter so that I can get the damage buff.
Yeah, I’m a bit frustrated that Necros need a bit more, but Anet is sincerely trying to find ways of helping the class out without making them OP. I prefer the bit by bit approach they’ve been taking rather than just throwing a bunch of crap out at once and then causing all hell to break lose. The majority of the people complaining are probably just the typical whiny children that want everything to be fixed ASAP and anything less makes them feel inadequate.
I mean, last night fractals I was hitting 4k Ghastly Claws in my axe build. Sure, I’m still improving my gear, but that damage, combined with the Gluttony buff, means that I had no shortage of meter. All those speed buffs is also only going to mean good things when I start working on my vampiric dagger build.
TL;DR: Shut the kitten up and stop whining like children just because you’re not the OP flavor of the month. Trust me, it’s not as fun as you may think.
Friendly bump for more people to see, and because I’ve been drinking quite a bit this evening. Gotta love family gatherings when you’re family consists of alcohol drinkers.
