I have salvaged 4 rabid exotics now with Black lion salvage kits and have not gotten the inscription….
This is just way to expensive, why can’t get get the recipe and craft them like any other inscription?

Same here, and I agree with you. Since ascended crafting was introduced, I’ve salvaged perhaps 15 exotics, using a Black Lion salvage kit, and received only 1 inscription (a Shaman’s… I need a Rabid/ Dire). What I do not understand is why the Rabid/ Dire inscription cannot be purchased… such nonsense.

Additionally, if Anet insist on the salvaging of exotics as the only way to get the materials needed to craft ascended gear, then perhaps they need to increase the drop rate. I do a full Orr temple run each day, and in two weeks I have picked up 2? exotics. In the end, I purchased 3 exotics from the TP with the inscription that I needed, this cost me 6 gold. I salvaged them with a Black Lion salvage kit, and surprise, surprise, no inscription! So, 6 gold down the toilet (not even going to think about how long it took to earn that 6 gold…), I decided to just buy the kitten ed inscription for the bargain price of 5g 30s, when really I ought to have been able to buy the silly inscription with my 4.5 million karma!

I’ve noticed some really bad desyncing the past couple of days. I’ve been seeing a lot of out of range messages on people well within range.

I have experienced this also, in both WvW and PvE.

A guildie and I spent 9+ hours roaming around various maps looking for Aetherblade nodes… and netted a total of 2 nodes out of more than 100. And, yes, we killed all the holographic minions as they appeared, came back when the nodes had reset… and still nothing. Frustrated, we ended up camping a JP cache (How very dull…). Surely this is not what Anet had intended???

There was an adjustment made a while ago to the gameplay experience for high level players entering lower-level zones.

The devs decided to make the lower level zones more challenging in order to entice higher levelled players back to help populate these zones. Perhaps this is why the “Mentor Event” achievement is on our dailies so often?

I love the new Steampunk armour skins! I bought the light set for my ele.

I see that they aren’t liked by all, but if you like steampunk, you’ll probably like the new skins. If you don’t, well, each to their own.

I’ve really enjoyed this event. Lion’s Arch looks wonderfully festive, the events have been fun, and the rewards are pretty cool. Well done!

I just tried to finish this quest with a fellow guild member and it would not progress past the "Regroup on the beach… " segment. So incredibly frustrating! It’s quite a long personal story quest, and to not be able to complete it without having to start the kitten thing from the very beginning is EXTREMELY annoying (and not guaranteed given how many bugs there seem to be). It cost me silvers to way-point there, silvers to get my gear repaired, used up my food and wrench buff thing… and I still have to do it all again… and perhaps again… And- to top it all off- this is a known issue dating back months!
