Not even the same authorization issue that is a difficult case.

Mine is a simple matter. The gem store ate 2000 gems and I would like them back.

No refund yet on the 2000 gems that got eaten.

Still looks like DDE owners can select the completely broken and utterly useless DDE upgrade by accident.

Attempted to purchase an 800 gem character slot, found that it had been the 2000 gem DDE upgrade instead,

I purchased DDE and should not have the option to upgrade to something I already had presented.

Of course my 2000 gems got eaten without any items and no response for 3 days now to my support ticket.
