It will come out when all players are too bored of the game to buy an expansion….because many left and will leave and very few will want to buy an expansion.

There are so many great games coming out this year…why to waste time on 80 for over a year from now? Is sad they we paid the 60 bucks. No way I will buy an expansion this time next year…or even later….

And the truth is that is Arena Net’s interest to keep their players. All game companies want as many players as possible, because that means more money. Is not enough for a company that the players buy your game and after 10 months leave for good. The black lion trading company needs people to buy these items…but who will buy them if there were only small changes ? Minis,hats,dyes….you guys make many of those every week but nothing really important and major for the game. That’s profit on short-run but on the long run(meaning over a year from now) will be a big loss. Just wanting to say how the things are…bring more personal story,events on all maps or new ones,new max lvl and bring an expansion….just a few good things that could happen, for the happiness of everybody.

Many people will leave when GTA V is up. Because they don’t have any plans for an expension for this year. I’m bored of PVE too. After getting all points of interest,vistas,doing maybe almoust all events,dungeons. I strongly believe that the game needs more content,an expansion. New max lvl and many more. Because we do same things every day,dailys for laurels and karma and the world bosses. I deleted my first warrior because was soo bored of same content, now planning to delete my second one…. we still paid some money for this game, there should be more content coming, not only carnivals and bugged new pvp matches(dragon ball)

Hello. I want to help players.With basically all I can except gold,pvp,www and dungeons(cause I’m not so good at pvp stuff and dungeons) I have a lvl 80 warrior named Sandru Daniel. I play on Desolation server. I want to help with personal story, getting skill poins, events, and with info about the game if is needed. Could add me to the friend list or whisper me. On most MMO’s that I played I liked to help others. I want to do the same thing here. Hope I can help as many people as I can.

I think that the number of maps should go up, events, able to use more traits once you lvl is higher than 80, give us something to do with karma except the legendaries and orian boxes, make a mentoring system, give us something to do with the hundreds of sp points we got after 80 except the bloodstone shards, there are so many great things I would like to see happen, this game has a tone of potential but if it stays too long at this state is not that cool. Believe me or not I even bought a new gaming laptop before buying this game because my old desktop was just too weak. I care and love this game, and I hope you get my point.

Yeah I agree with you. But there are players who don’t “burn through the content”. People who enjoy the game and don’t rush to finish all stuff asap. I like to do all hearts quests,pois,vistas,events, and other stuff. And those who rush, let them rush, you choose how you wanna play. I can’t criticize those who play fast.because is their way of playing games…They could criticize me that I’m slow and stuff… But a new lvl max could mean a breath of fresh air. Not same over 8 months air in Orr,dungeons and other events. Even the asuras from the elemental event pyramid cough,because they staid too long in that vicious place….just kidding….
People rushed the game from the beginning too,from 1 to 80. I know they will do the same but the sad part is that people get bored after some time and leave.
Many said:I come back when there will be new content.
Why to put only new content in the tradind post like bear hats and minis? Try to think on the long run too,on a long term.

This is a topic in which I want to highlight that the game is almoust full of 80 lvl players. I think think the max lvl should be raised. Bring more content for the people who are bored of staying at 80 for so much time. Many people leave the game because they get bored of doing same stuff all day,at same lvl. They go and play other games,and this is bad for the economy of the game too,and Anet’s economy of course.Less people,less money. Bring something for us to do,except living stories and now a Festival? Leveling 100,200,300… more times at 80 is boring,is more boring even than grinding. I hope that the max lvl will be raised this year. I know that many other people hope this too. I hope Anet will do something about it.

Yeah, I know it has been said before. But this is a problem that lasts from when the game started. Too few Giants and Oaks! At least giants that count for the slayer achievement. Please bring more “plants” and Giants. Make some events with them or something….Most oaks I seen are in Queensdale where the oak champ spawns too. But is still to little. And the giants….no words to describe. Only the one in naggeling and the one in orr? OMG. We have to get 1k of those. Please make those two achievements a reality,or something that can be achieved faster than Christams. All other slayer achievements are very easy to get, you have more than enough mobs for each mob type. But for those 2 only 2 giants and some oaks ? I and maybe other people want to get all their slayer achievements, but I don’t want to spend months on a giant and some oaks when all the other achievements are easy to get,cause you have the mobs needed! Balance the slayer achievement.

Hi. I would like to make a suggestion for Arenanet team. I don’t know if it was suggested before but I think it would be a great idea to have Game Sages. Other MMO games have Games Sages(GS) and it really helps the community. I found some info for those who don’t know what a GS does normally:
Forum support, where they help players to find answers to their questions about the game.
In-Game Events, where the Game Sages organize, run, and promote events beyond those offered by the game itself.
In-Game Support, where the Game Sages provide answers to questions, work as mediators for disputes, and generally assist the players to enjoy their gameplay.
Game Sages cannot ban a player from trade chat, forums, or the game. That is a power only a GM has. But as the Game Sage team works in collaboration with the Game Master team, the Game Sage can contact a GM, and when a GM is asked for, one always comes and takes the appropriate actions against the wrong-doers.
Game Sages can “Chat all members” to give out messages to the whole server. “Wikipedia”

I think would be a great addition to the game to have some official helpers,guardians of the game if we can call them like that, when the devs or the gm’s are offline or busy with other stuff. In many other games it really helps the game to keep up clean of hackers, spammers, exploiters. I hope you guys will like my idea, and I’m sorry if was suggested before. I just try to find what’s best for the game.

Tell me what’s better:
(a) Kill a lvl 5 champ in 1 hit, receive level 5 loot.
(b) Take longer to kill the champ, receive level 80 loot.

And that’s not even getting into:
(1) Low-level play would be boring and awful if high level players were constantly just facerolling all your mobs on you.
(2) Without level scaling you can’t play in any area below 70+ and have any challenge.
(3) If you have played to level 80 and are still getting stomped by low level champs, you need to learn to dodge, because you should be better at the game than that.

And why would you have to dodge to kill a lvl 5? Or to have to dodge to even survive some seconds ? Your 80,hes 5,should I run all day long like a scared cat from this mob?Where’s the point? I cant do that at 6 too,so why to bother to lvl to 80 anymore?same dodge and stuff. I don’t want to 1 hit but still I want a decent dmg to be done one me not over half hp in a hit or even 1 hit sometimes on full exotics and ascended gear.
I didn’t say that level scalling is bad,it just needs to be adjusted. So I have a little better chance to kill him without having to wonder too much about my hp. Even at 80 risens in orr is much simpler,or the giants and stuff….
Some mobs of 5,15,and over and stronger than 80 mobs in orr, funny thing is that Orr is supposed to be the hardest map,full of agro 80 risens.
Adjust the scalling,give them less attack power,make the scalling more balanced that’s why I think.

I’m a little bored of the fact the a lvl 5 flame legion shaman champ can kill a lvl 80 war in like 2 hits….What’s the points of being lvl 80,except the fact that you can play all content,if a stupid lvl 5 champ,lvl 15 champs can still kill you very easy? I don’t get the sense of getting lower leveled to 6 in a 5 zone for example,you worked all the way to 80 to get mopped on the floor by some super low lvl mobs? Is just something that I think many people want to get rid of, the capacity of some no lvl mobs for a level 80 player to get mopped in some seconds? Make these mobs less powerful….I can handle a “group event” champ like the one in snowdren drifts,the sun of svanir with his pack, and I can’t handle a lvl 5 or lvl 15 champ ? WTH? Make the effort to get to 80 in the normal way(not from crafting or other power level) worthy the effort! I would like to see a lvl 80 kicked by a 60-70 at least but not a 5 or 15. I hope this thread will be heard. I don’t want to make other 80’s(this is my second one)because I will be nothing for some mobs anyway…why to have to use long range all time and dodging on a lvl 5 or the 15 icebrood champ ? OMG. I just try to say how the things are,no whining and stuff,please do something with that downscaling or what is called.

Hi. When I got my rytloc brimstone miniature for the deluxe edition I had a pretty good time with it. But after a while I got bored and deleted it,now I want to make a collection of minis, how can I get a Rytloc Brimstone ? Didn’t see people selling one in trading post. Are they still in the game ?

Hi. I loved my personal story and was wondered why can’t we see the dialogs again ? Not just the text, like on some pages. For example I would love to see Magister Sieran again from the Durmand Priory. She was the funniest and coolest mentor I had in any order( did all orders). Or other great scenes like saving my friend Quin instead of a village(that sounds weird I know,saving a guy instead of a village). Would be a great thing if we could see these scenes again! I loved the personal story! As many others did. I still do personal stories with other people ’cause I like it, want to see as many stories as I can. But I wish I can see again my story Hope the story team will consider this and do something in this way.

I’m back with the report that number 23 from this list: http://dulfy.net/2012/11/05/gw2-dive-master-achievement-guide/ is the one that needs both diving moves to succed on getting the point. I had 36/37 now 37/37 ^^
The one in Brisban Wildlands from East End Waypoint needs both skills to work. Glad I can share this info with the community so people can know where is the problem if they miss 1 diving spot
I don’t know if there are other diving points that need both skills, but I know that this one is a must. Hope was helpful ^^

You can tell if you got the dive properly by looking at the diving achievement after you have dived. The total number will go up by one each time you get it right. I don’t think there is any other way of telling which dive it is that you need especially if you did not check to see you did get the dive as you were doing them. I checked each off once I was certain I had gotten it.

It is up to you if you want to pay to travel quickly to each spot. If you feel it is a waste of money, you have other means of getting into areas to get near the dives and if you are doing events or looking for crafting materials, make plans to work your way to those areas and the dive sites and save money on travel costs.

There is a new dive at Southsun Cove in Bakestone Cave that you might try.

Look at bottom of the achievement page to see where the goggles are. When you jump you need to hit forward so you hit the lava directly to get credit. You might try doing that one to see if that gives you your 37 (I am not sure if it counts to the dive achievement – it counts for the Secrets of Southsun Achievement but it is worth a try to see if it does)

Yeah it doesn’t count on the diving points but I got “The googles do nothing” achievement ^^

I did the hidden garden one like 3 times each, with moves, but I can’t see if I do it wrong or I already have it because I did 36 of them already. Could be an endless trying to find the good one lol. I hoped someone has a hint with the one that needs diving moves to get the point. I looked for it on google but couldn’t find it. I don’t wanna waste like 1 gold again trying to find 37 points. I completed the diving lists at least twice but still nothing. Any tips on the tricky divings please?

I need 1 more dive point for diving master achievement. I did all 37 diving spots but I still miss 1. I read on the forums that there are some diving spots that you need to use 1 or 2 diving moves to get the diving point. Anyone has any idea where these diving points that need diving moves to be done to get the achievement ? I don’t want to do again all diving spots. Thank you very much.

Pretty sure when they said there would be rewards for achievements they meant specific rewards for specific achievements. Like certain titles for certain achievements, not a currency, especially since they already debunked the theory that achievements might grant laurels.

I don’t think that titles should be the only things we can get from achievements. Yeah are cool for some people but others don’t like them or think are not worth the effort. That’s why there should be titles and other cool very rare stuff or unique for the dedicated players who worked hard to get as many achievements as they can. So Titles are no way enough for this or the bragging rights.

I agree that we have many currencyes but you have to do something with the achievement points. Not all people care about bragging. Like hey I got all jumping puzzles and stuff like that. The idea to implement legendaries was just an opinion, for the hard work to get 4k,5k,6k,7k and so on of achievement points I believe you must be able to get something legendary. Yeah some cool unique armor would be great. But I don’t believe that a legendary should mean only hundreds of hours of grinding gold, karma, and TIME! You also grinded your achievement points. I think I have a point there. And you had to do it on multiple chars, multiple proffesions for the hero achievement for example and now to get a legendary you can use only 1 char. And again is just an idea. There are people who like to farm achievements, not dungeons and other stuff. I think that there should be multiple ways to get the legendary weps. Not only the old karma, gold, dungeons farm. Guild Wars 2 can be played in multiple ways like grinding, doing events,dungeons all combined and other stuff. I hope it will remain like that in the way of getting the best weps in game.

In this topic I wanna ask you what you think that we should buy with achievement points? I know that Anet said that they will implement a merchant or something that will sell us stuff for achievement points. I was thinking about what can be sold in that shop. What’s worth the effort of killing thousands of mobs for slayer achievement points, or do all jumping puzzles, hero achievements and the others. I think legendaries should be in the shop. Achievement points are rewarded account wide. Is something you worked on multiple characters just to get some points. Now that they reduced for 5 points for daily achievement from the 20 we got before I believe they want to sell something hard to get with gold or even impossible in the new achievement shop. I say that buying legendaries is worth the effort of getting as many points as we can from the beginning of the game. Maybe unidentified dyes and some cool armor too. But my opinion is that Legendaries are a must in the new achievement shop. Are maybe the only things worth the effort of grinding achievement points, except the titles. So what you think about Legendaries in the new shop ?
I hope Anet reads this, is just an idea. I hope was a good one.

I think the Engineer should have more wep kits like firethrower and the others.My suggestion is a rocket launcher.I know it has a rocket turret but a rocket launcher would be nice too.And as a bigger wep I would say it should be able to make a tank(imagine how cool would it be).I hope people will like my suggestions in matter of weps. ^^

Daily kill Variety achievement bugged too? I killed all kind of mobs all day and still 0 for Daily Kill Variety.Anyone else got to 0 too ?

Is it possible to sell back the bloodstone shard?I bought it but I no longer want it,don’t think is worth the 200 SP.There might be other people who want their SP back too.Is it possible to sell it back ?Or in the near future ?I want my 200 SP back.
