Your boy Smokee claimed post after post last week BG had zero queues for any time zone except late PST. His strategy worked to a tee as guilds like ZD’s immediately transferred over and am sure countless other smaller guilds or individual players did as well to escape the queues.
If you ever read about ZDs transfer, you would know they sent scouts to multiple servers, and they liked the fact we didn’t have late sea/early eu ques, so they transferred to bg. Continue crying about bg getting one guild. SoR isn’t even making an effort, not 1 map of sor is qued.
in all fairness, bg hasn’t gotten just “one guild”. lol
Theyve got all the bandwaggoning guilds that come with the package of ZDs, aswell as more NA and Oceanic, so yeah..

This is obviously an organised scores tanking to attract guilds, it is disgusting.
How else can we try win but recruit guilds to match yours?

Karma trains aren’t for EB, especially when we have the Nightlight on Plenty of Karma training on the other BL’s.

Rarely do EU guilds come to NA, and IRON tucks tail and runs at the first sign of a competitive battle.
Please explain how we are running? We’ve fought every battle given..
But also on EU (you wont know much about because you don’t seem to have been there) weve fought a lot tougher opposition than whats present here.
We had thought ZDs had chickened out for whatever reason and decided to have an earlier primetime to what was on EU but it appears that all this clock changing has screwed us over from fighting eachother. But also as Corran stated, they play at an earlier time anyway.

@Corran apart from GH are there any other russian guilds that can come to any of the other servers because thats what weve tried to do with any EU guilds and thats to steer them away from the server your in. I only bring this up because aparently theres another russian guild joining BG from Piken :/
I was being serious about that comment but you seem a bit up tight with ZDs now.
Back on EU we had great fights with them, but their primetime seemed to have shifted forward for whatever reason
I must apologize to SoR as a server, I let the IRON posters here on the forums influence how I looked at the whole server. I know some guys from SoR and they are stand up guys. I have had my share of great fights with SoR, they generally have my respect in organization and skill on the field. Talking trash to a degree is just part of the match-up.
To IRON, you guys are a fun fight, and the even fights (rare as they may be) have been stellar. That being said, these guys doing PvF are making your guild look horrible. I know you said that they don’t speak for IRON, but they speak as a part of IRON, and letting them spew into the forums is really damaging to your reputation across all T1 (including your own server). Your guild, but I suggest doing something about it. Looking forward to a renewed SoR this friday.

About newcomers I don’t know yet. All I know is that BeastGate is gathering most experimented wvw and spvp players atm.
So it’s most likely BG will really win S01 league with no doubt earlier than at week 7.

It’s sad that we see this, we get a guild and you stop showing up to make it seem like were this super crazy unbeatable stacked server. In reality, you are unwilling to do what needs to be done to win…you say your here for fun? Giving up and not playing is fun? Seems like this might not be the right tier for you…
@Butter, IRON made little impact because we were fighting with the strong EU populaion of BG/JQ all we allowed was for our NA to stop pulling redicilous overtime aswell as our OCE.

Seriously though week one of the seasons was the best matchup in a long time but then BG obviously got kitten scared and had to buy guilds so they wouldnt get steam rolled. Gz on achieving it but in the process youve now ruined wvw for all other servers in the gold league as well for people on your own servers. Didn’t SoR and TC stomp BG last weekend? What happened to that SoR?
Besides even if BG is super stacked SoR could still have done something like held Valley in EB. The keep was T3 with a million pieces of siege inside, and the queue would ensure that SoR cannot be outnumbered. And yet when I log on today SoR have … nothing … on the map, with even TC ticking more points.
Earlier this week BG was fully queued on all four maps a lot of the time, but SoR still doesn’t have to lose this badly. I’m really disappointed.
We all held ques over the week end, so the difference has to be that SoR is now just not showing up. After we took the lead I guess SoR just got too disheartened.
Why should SoR bother competing, before it was fun to but now even JQ dont want to compete with BG, pathetic that Anet didnt lock the servers

BG switched the goal posts stacking EU above and beyond if they had not have done that i would have agreed JQ would have been an ideal destination but SOR is in a better position of countering them at this stage than JQ.
Wait what? No disrespect, but it was SoR receiving even more EU players and in advance of and during league. It has been clear for quite awhile that SoR had the solid EU numbers advantage. Did ZDs change that all by themselves?
You guys have seriously overestimated our guilds numbers IRON is the single strongest represented guild we have during EU the other two are small havoc 10-15 each, I think there has been more concentration on the number of guild names appearing in the SOR roster than the actual total number these guilds have brought and or fielding. i know every single one of your EU guilds from across the pond an average estimate HIB is a bit larger than AFTL with maybe 20, COIN 25-30 and ZD’s can field about 30-35 possibly now around the same as COIN after the move, i think that’s more than enough to Counter IRON and whatever small groups SOR has.
We on BG agree that we have superior EU now with the coming of ZDs, that’s why a lot of us here are trying to push BULL to SoR. However before ZDs come over, SoR does have superior EU. Coin has 20-30, RK has 15-20, and HB has 15-20, however HB only plays 3 days a week, so our usual EU coverage is only Coin and RK before ZDs coming over.
Evidently, math is not a strong suit of BG players.
IRON runs 30 during prime time, give or take a few. Add a few pugs (not many, since we only run untagged) and we’re at around 35.
COIN and RK love to hold hands with HB, so based on your numbers, 20-30 + 15-20 + 15-20 = 50-70 + the loads of pugs you have. A lot more than the 30 or so that IRON runs.
Perhaps we ought to be flattered that people think SoR was/is stacked in EU even though it’s basically a couple guilds that are coordinating.
No offense but maybe you should read more carefully yourself before insulting others. Your own server mate said you have two guilds running 10-15 besides IRON’s 30-40 (see the post I quoted). So that you have 50-70 consistently while BG can only field similar numbers when HB is playing, which only about 3 days a week. And don’t make it sounds like SoR has no pugs. So you guys outnumber us 4 days a week before ZDs coming….
Guild wise we outnumber you, but you have a huge pug force which completely swings it to you outnumbering us every day of the week
The best move for Bull would be:
- stay one more week in EU server, fight Piken
- then transfer to JQ.
JQ has obviously the weakest EU force now. Staying another week in EU serv will greatly reduce the effects of the horrible schedule for JQ…
And moving to the weakest of the top three during their timezone would guarantee them fights… even after the season 1. Everyone is like forgeting that game will continue after season 1. And then, having only two servers competing during their timezone would be less more fun than having a good ol’ threeway.
But we all know that it will end with Bull joining SoR… we just need to get used to the idea^^

I would much rather that ZDs stay and more EU guilds come into the NA leagues. I won’t make a conjecture as to why, but SoR’s late SEA early EU is usually more formidable than what I’ve been fighting for the last couple of days. When they start stepping up again, then we’ll really have some fun.

I can feel like playing this game at 2pm because it is for entertainment purposes, after all. I used to play Legend of Zelda at any hour of the day, but was it considered playing overtime since it wasn’t in my country’s “prime-time?” :P
So, if you start considering playing this game outside of a certain time-frame “overtime,” then maybe it’s you who is taking the game a bit too seriously.

I think you misunderstood. I’m trying to discredit the word “overtime” as a useless word in a game that is meant to be played whenever the kitten you feel like it. It’s meant for fun. If it’s fun for you at 3am, then play. Simple stuff.
