We werent running with FRAG, it was only 3 of us trying to hunt you down, but when 1 of us found you we were hoping for like a fair fight in someway, not all ganging up on that 1 :’(

Funny thing about SOR. Two weeks ago it had an easy match-up and you had to wait like an hour to get into WVW. Last week it was back to fighting Blackgate and JQ and SOR losing and you could get into WVW no wait anytime. This week another easy match….and the hourly queue is back.

SOR sure does like to beat up on the little guy and when a fair fight shows up, they run home…..

I don’t know why people like to call JQ stacked in SEA just because ATM gets a ton of PuG followers. JQ has a zerg in EB, but all 3 servers always have a kitten zerg in EB, rofl. The ppt scores in SEA are always about the same between the servers now that BG has taken a hit in our SEA numbers. Waha/ATM needed another guild like WvW to do work in other borderlands since he can’t be in all of them at once. Your own server just recruited another SEA guild named [AT] into your forces. And as for your last sentence, [WvW] has plenty of forces to fight during their timezone. Certainly on SoR

We do have good fights but we also enjoy the forum trolls, keeps us from boredom away from the game

I agree that our NA is on par now. We have one EU guild that fields 25-30. SoR outnumbers us in EU and Sea and Oceanic. We are not trying to overstack at all we just want to be competitive.

our EU outnumbers you by 10 people.. which isnt really outnumbered and we no where nearly outnumber you in SEA but during Oceanic i can agree that we outnumber

Hello Shifty,

There are many factors in play here. If you are asking why a WvW guild can fight 1:3 ratio, it’s likely:

1. They weren’t in Teamspeak.
2. They weren’t geared for a 20 man setup.
3. They weren’t traited for a 20 man setup.

All this will probably give them a huge disadvantage.

Well so far from what i have seen from people claiming they took 3-4-5 times theyr number is that they didnt take them all at once.
IRON most likely killed a line of people running at them.

It’s equally hard, if not harder, to find TC roamers during the past few days as well. Half of them just run away when I wave, while the other half either die too soon or run into structures half-way through battle.

I guess roamers are now a rare species across all servers.

I blame the blob mentality SoR has:
1. Created in the T1 NA wvw meta game
2. Championed for more than half a year
..etc..

Fixed that for you..

ANet created the blob mentality and only strengthened its stranglehold with every subsequent patch. It was never one server championing the idea of it. Hopefully the new BLs will alleviate some of this play style…

I share your hope that one day the blobbing will end but let’s not try to re-write history here…

SoR created this tactic to stay competitive in T1 before the IRON/KISS EU transfers.

SoR continued this tactic once they had a large influx of players across multiple time zones and continue to map blob even now.

Every other server has had to do the same to compete and now the lag is pretty much unbearable.

IRON apparently wasn’t allowed to go into the forest, cliffs or on the ramp by the windmill which is total kitten, we and the likes of other guilds like RG/TW/VoTF etc have done the exact same. Then on our last fight round when it was 3-3 they cried so hard and so their leader of the GvG called in the spectators to help them.

Hmm…the windmill thing felt a little weird but we didn’t make a lot of it except adjusting our movements to make sure the fights wouldn’t happen close to it anymore. The issue was mainly using the crowd that were there to watch as cover/camouflage to regenerate health, get out of combat and free cast on our team. Running almost to the supply camp to get out of combat and come back full health is also something we didn’t like from the fights.
So score aside, I personnaly didn’t have fun fighting IRON…I was really disappointed. Not because IRON claim they have won. I couldn’t care less about winning or losing. It’s only that I was expecting good fights and IRON didn’t deliver. Not that you are bad, it could have been fun fights. It’s the way you fight, whatever you say, it wasn’t a clean fight.
One thing I’m giving you though, the end got unessessary messy. IRON was fast to come to the forum to try to claim victory and justify their behavior with strong argument like “you mad bro” and “every good gvg guild does it” and blaming KH about the involvement of the crowd at the end…involvement that was unfortunate.
So by this logic the final score should be 5-1 for KH with 1 nil game right? 1 game IRON won fair and square, they really outplayed KH on that one. Then 5 other match for KH, the result of the fights themselves are irrelevent here since IRON involved the spectator in their fight so victory for KH x 5. The last match could be given to KH too since the crowd only responded because IRON was again involving their crowd in the fight but since we can’t counter a wrong by another wrong, I’ll just consider that match nil. Makes sense no?

I haven’t missed any GvGs during last few months. IRON was the 1st guild I witnessed that ran into the spectators and the wood to stay out of combat. You understand that you be safe while hiding behind the spectators, that’s not strategy, that’s cheating haha

When half of IRON runs into the spectators whenever they get low and then drop combat by running north into the trees and using the ramp at the windmill your guild should be embarrassed and the video will be up shortly showing exactly how pathetic IRON is.
