Revive!!!! lucky i found this topic, and yes we do need more back gears and in better shapes too…. I for one would like wings option (not too stretched though), will help m add a Valkyrian look on my guardian.
Illusion wings might be a good idea as well esp for the mesmers.
Cloaks/capes will compliment almost all of the races/classes (asuras are an exception).

i know that drop rate has considerably increased and i am quiet pleased. 25s isnt a bad deal considering it came from a rare worth 1s… however, why would someone put up a small bunch priced @ 24.73s when there was already a highest offer of 25s for 80 pieces?
What i am trying to create here is awareness…. especially for the newbies who just assume the market price from the lowest seller.

just browsing the TP when i noticed this…. look at the amount and the drop in price in the screenie…. it screams manipulation!! 2nd pic was taken at the same time depicting the orders (81 were ordered @25s a while ago)… and this repeated every 10 mins, as soon as the price started increasing someone posted in 20s and 30s @ 24ish. Also there are no big amounts sold till 26.3s+
now thats what i call a wasted post…. what part of it confuses you? and don’t comeback with “all of it” i mean even someone who can only just read the game menus can read my post. But none of this matters. Can someone please explain to me how this “manipulation” leads to profits? No profits = no motivation to do it = no one will do it in such a large scale.

Don’t really find that big of a deal that WM completion require entering WvW/PvP zone, i mean if you know the safe zones and are quick enough it might just cost you a few deaths (dungeons do so too). However, its pitiful if you just turn your tail and run in those zones without a fight, (players are just champion monsters :P).
If you find it too difficult, communicate with people on the map and move in groups, i am a hardcore PVE and casual PVP player and i enjoy both of these in GW2. cheers ^^
PS: Also there are guilds that work on similar goals and an option to switch servers if you think yours is really bad.

price only increases with demand…. so if you think the price is too high…. don’t buy, it will definately fall… no one likes to have an item in inventory that doesn’t sell. Its your own fault if you feel tempted to rush things and spend a lot more than you should.
Legendaries aren’t all that important for your gameplay, its more of the looks thingy, so just consider it a lucky gift and have fun trying to get it

there are also class specific skills you must look at, see what suits ur play style and character profession (not that important). Apart from that i tend to look at cultural armours (adventurers have sexiest T3 imo), bio luminescence, normal armours/weapons etc.

i am lvl 55 sylvari with the order line and i hate HATE trahearne, aside from contant serious tone, the guy lacks humour, i’d much rather have Tybalt back, miss him so much (sob).
Oh yeah and he doesn’t even look like someone who can lead the assault on dragon yet.

Purchase protection, oh yeah thats right purchase protection you know if you buy something and some other store sales it cheaper they match the price or you find it cheaper they will honor the lower price, refund the difference some credit cards honor lower prices for up to 6 months.
oh yes now did you read any such thing as purchase protection in the end user agreement you agreed to? If you find any such offer in the end user agreement you can SS it and then make demands. Honestly whats the big fuss about a frigging 2 days(?) sale?

Well let’s see.
My ISP is giving me 1 extra IPTV package for free and has boosted my speed from entry level to 1 above, also for free, for being a loyal customer. I can’t say they don’t have special offers for new people joining the club that don’t apply to me as well, but hey, us “loyal customers” get sth also so we don’t complain.
My bank is giving me discount on certain services and better credit and saving interest cause I’m a long time member.
My car insurance is giving me a discount as a long time user.
My mobile provider is giving me bigger discount on buying a mobile phone cause i’m a loyal customer.
I could go on. in any case they do have offers to new users/members/whatever that don’t extend to us “loyal customers” BUT we, the “loyal customers” are not left behind and do have many benefits of being LOYAL.
Now, as for GW1, I’ve bought 2 accounts. I’ve lost the login information during the years for my first account and then I bought the edition that had all of the games in it (some black box edition, forgot the name). I’ve been among the first people who bought the game in my local store (it was preorder and i’ve been waiting for the box with beta key and game key to arrive for a few weeks) so I consider myself a “loyal customer”. The only thing I got was beta access (many people got it for free) and 3 day head start that I couldn’t capitalize on cause constant lags, disconnects, black lion trading company not working etc. By the time it all got fixed we were 10 days or 2 weeks in the game and people who played more than 5-6 hours per day and didn’t preorder have actually been ahed of me.
So yeah I think i have plenty of examples in my life where I haven’t been screwed for supporting the company. I have to admit I like what Anet is doing less and less by the day. It’s turning out to be bang for bucks and grind fest kind of a game we didn’t expect and with no regard for the people who actually supported it from the start.
almost all things you mentioned here require a preset monthly fee, a subscription… think about it… you dont “BUY” Internet service, bank accounts, mobile packages etc. you subscribe to them and feed them monthly to wnsure continuity of service, hence over time they give back a small sum/gift as a reward for being loyal. GW2 on the other hand was/is a one time purchase….. have you recieved any similar benifits on the one time purchased items?? definately no. You only “BUY” what is offered, nothing more nothing less

complaints are meaningless here. 3 months are enough to stock on a huge pile of gold and trade it for gems in game, that should cover round 50% of your cash shop expenses even if you play 2 hrs a day.
Obviously prices drop with time, if you really want the lowest price for any edition of GW2 wait like a year or more… m sure they will drop
