So I saw this on DA and couldn’t help myself, time to go Zelda’s Creed :P Though tbh one of the Light armor hood skin would look much better, there’s no decent hoods with leather what is this blasphemy.The guild’s emblem can rock the Tri-force while i take SS >.> no power abuse at all.

hehe. Im actually tempted to get the human cultural T3 gloves just because they have a wrist switchblade, but its on the outside instead of inside, what do you think? my pic is on page 3

I tried the t3 gloves and don’t like it personally, I like the blades and wrist part but the gloves look out of of place

And I don’t really see having fun with customization “sad”, you take it way too seriously, most people do the look just because they can, to see how closely you can get to the original look, and it’s for a laugh, nobody pretends they’re Altair or they’re playing AC. I know I certainly don’t, it’s a temp look to play around and have fun with while I think of other sets to put together.

Agreed with Zephire on the inspection thing. I’d have no problem with it if you’re only able to see the name of the gear piece, since people are saying they want to be able to inspect to get information on where they can get the same looks, fair enough. But no need to show stats as this will alienate people and for no good reason. There is no such thing as “ermahgerd your stats aint maxed, you have one piece of green” in this game and I’d like it to remain that way, people are given a chance to prove that they don’t play like idiots and gear doesn’t matter. Even now there are people running around asking for this and that from people wanting to run dungeons, link tokens, link gear etc and those people seem to think this game plays like WoW, we don’t need a bunch of wannabe elitist faggts ruining an awesome game and an awesome community. The amount of times I see “NEED TANK FOR [insert dungeon name] LINK GEAR” and I just die a little inside. None of that in GW2 please.

Anyway, I’m surprised that the guild options listed wasn’t in when the game launched, they’re pretty basic functions of a guild in any MMO and would definitely love to see them implemented, maybe even with the ability to create your own private chat channels.

And friend log in notification is already in I think, least for me, just have the show game messages ticked on your chat.

Final Haven would like to invite new members to join our guild. We’re a mature casual guild looking to just enjoy whatever the game has to offer without it feeling like a chore. We appreciate that some people want to do their own thing sometimes so there won’t be pressure to join in on guild activities, we do guild dungeon runs, some sPvP for laughs and try and help out in WvW to gain our lovely home world some buffs and would love for people to join us.

Most of us are 23+ as far as I know, and if some aren’t then they’re pretty mature and cool people. I myself am 24 and the people I know and have played games with for over 5 years are around the same age, they’re pretty chilled and friendly, easy to get on with and we would love to have more people alike. We have teamspeak and have a laugh on there whenever we do anything as a guild, or you can find people on for random chats if you want to, we don’t bite :P

Guild website coming soon, nothing formal, just one of those things we like to have if people wanna chat and can’t get on the game for any reasons such as work or uni etc, that and our techies designers love to make pretty websites =P

Quick Notes: Mature casual guild, looking for people to enjoy this gorgeous game with us. We organize guild dungeon runs, some sPvP and WvW, and have a good laugh about things on Teamspeak, whether it be the good ol’ British weather or how someone just got one shotted by a boss. We’re an English speaking guild, mostly brits but have and welcome people from all over, give us a shout in-game if you’re interested.

If there are to be no guild capes, which is a shame, add more alternatives. Guild bags are rather random imo and doesn’t look that great either.

Let us design the armor, where the emblem goes, the size/opacity/angle of the emblem. Whether it’s engraved into the armor or just printed on etc

Right now the big empty panel on the chest where the emblem goes just looks awful and not very stylish, and you just end up looking the same as every other guild, just different emblems.

Same for guildhalls (read somewhere this will be implemented, if not then scrap that…but guilldhalls would be nice indeed), let leaders design what their guildhall will look like when they get it. Think GW1, you were able to choose which hall you wanted, and you could add NPCs. Give us that option with designing it, let us choose where we would hang a giant wall banner with the guild’s emblem. Maybe have it engraved onto the floor somewhere, have statues etc and even NPCs fashioned in guild clothing.

I love seeing the random paintings on the wall in game, and noticed that some of them are GW’s concept arts, allow us to have a custom screenshot up in our guildhall? A framed shot of the guild members would look pretty neat.

Give each race an item that allows the player to teleport back to their race’s city, there’s enough gold sink with waypoint travelling, travelling back to a “home point” in your own city should be free.

Would love to see Officer/Admin chat for guilds and guild notes.

Guild Armor is so disappointing right now, big empty space on chest where the emblem goes is a bit ugly, design could be a lot better, maybe give us the option to design where our emblem goes on our armor with size/opacity adjustments etc. Add more alternatives to capes if they won’t be implemented, arm bands, one shouldered drape thingies (like in Aion), sashes etc backpacks just look weird in battle.

I just logged on to find I’m no longer in my guild, and I’m the leader. (Edit) Never mind, none of my characters are representing the guild on the character selection screen now. An officer in guild could see the guild and roster fine until she logged out, when she came back on she was also no longer in the guild.

I just logged on to find I’m no longer in my guild, and I’m the leader. My main character is not representing any guild in the character selection either, my other characters are, but when i log in they’re not in a guild. I can create a new guild though? It’s quite worrying, none of my officers seem to be able to invite me back either, tried relogging and zone swapping and nothing >_> wtb guild fix.
