Primordus Virtus [RISE] The underdog guild of T6 to T2 chronicles of Kaineng has come to an end.

On Monday April 22 2013. I, Prince Jarvan Leader of Primordus Virtus, announced that [RISE] will stay on Kaineng. Unfortunately the promise didnt turn out as good as it was. The guild lost strong core members including core officers due to staying. I thought of it over-night, if the guild stays it will slowly die with frustration, also of my inactivity or transfer start new and redeem the guild of quality > quantity guild. So i have decided we will farm for gold and have our designated server will be confirm on Monday-tuesday of April 29-30th.

Im deeply grateful to the people of kaineng for none-stop support and full respect of RISE. I apologize for all the promises that I made for the server. RISE gave its full potential in WvW and for the people of kaineng. The memories will live on but it will RISE again.

I don’t know your guild, but from how legendary Kaineng is for its rising (or should that be [RISE]ing?), I’m sure you were important to them. I would also agree with your decision. Kaineng’s glory days as an underdog are over; it’s time for another server to take its throne.

My advice would be not to specify where you’re moving, that’ll just become the next bandwagon server very quickly. Rather, tell your guildies, try to keep it behind curtains, and move when you decide to do so. If you’re really looking for another underdog, that would probably be your best option.

A gold farming guild sounds quite nice (I did some myself) but just remember to diversify because gold farming can get a little stale sometimes too.

With upcoming custom arenas and more guild missions, I think there will be more GW2 content to play. If not, and it all gets too boring, there are other games or things to do. Remember to transfer to Jade Quarry. Thanks.

Well RE like CO, RISE or WM are professionnals armies of Kaineng. Kaineng is carried by few guilds with a lot of experimented players in them. Only thing we would need is few more guilds transfers with same level of play.

Sir Morningstar [AoD]

Morningstar is by far the best commander I’ve seen in any server (he is currently on a break for IRL right now). You may think that one person couldn’t have much of an impact on the entire battlefield, but it’s almost scary how skilled he is. Everybody listens to him, for some reason he always gets people to follow directions – I personally believe it’s because they all respect him so much.

His SM treb warfare techniques are spectacular, and he teaches the rest of us as we go along. He is always quick to boost the morale of our server — in one instance he stopped the group for a good five minutes to give a speech that made us want to scream, “FOR DEVONA!” You may think that this would be a waste of time, but we were so inspired and thirsty for blood that we nearly took all of EB because of it. Morningstar never gives up on his teammates, and just seeing him in action takes all fair weather away from us. He is often asked by other commanders from opposing servers how he gets everybody to listen so well.

Morningstar is the reason that I became a competitive WvWer, and I encourage all of you (especially the commanders) to come to DR for just one week when he is back from his break, to see him in action. You could learn so much from it.

Commander Sir Morningstar of Devona’s Rest.. I remember him, I heard of him.. one of the die hard commanders of Tier7-8 server Devona’s Rest. I wanna hear from him more, I wish the best of him and his comrades..

Back in sorrow furnace, I was planning to transfer [RISE] in DR cause of his dedication for his server inspired me.. he plays for the people that plays with him.. no matter what guild they are, he brings people together.. wherever you are morningstar, dont give up! play for the people of Devona!

Come Kaineng, we teach you how to play small, burn out but still play strong.

heheh… I’m entirely too competitive for that! I mean, obviously I’m still having enough fun to keep playing the game, but I won’t be happy with WvW as long as my server is thousands and thousands of points behind with zero prospect of catching up, much less even staying in the same tier.

It’s one thing when you’re just a PuG, this kind of thing didn’t bother me as much when I was solo running back in the day. But now I’m in a huge guild and I often command 6 or 7 hours every day, so it’s inevitable that I’ll become emotionally invested in the score. Weeks of having all the progress I made during my command undone within an hour or two of leaving has made me a grumpy charr.

As am I Sarabi…..Competitive I mean.

Some of you, appear to be paving the way for a bailout on Kain, in teamspeak as well as on the forums, with the naysaying and talks of giving up, inorder that you might be comfortable with your future choices.(?)

A lot of guilds, large and small moved to Kain with various agendas and reasons only clear to themselves. None the less, we are where we are and some intend to keep Kain alive and viable as this is HOME now.

It’s easier to give up, break down, move on and leave a mess THEN to have heart, encourage, rebuild and fight. I’d imagine “pugs”(I dislike that term) step into wvw with the hope of making it better for our server and trying hard.

Is it a perfect world….no. Are we worse off then any other server…..there is always room for growth.

I’d ask that you keep in mind- it’s better to rip a band aid off rather then to pick at it.

Some of our own commanders have come on here with posts of doom and gloom and even one of our commanders in EB last night strongly “tried” encouraged a truce with TC in map chat based on being contacted by some random TC commander. I was and still am appalled by that effort on his part, gladly he was turned away by many of my follow Kain members with such an idiotic idea. TC do you really need our help???

I ask MY server to keep up the battle without all the sneaky back alley collusion that TC or any other server might trying to attempt. (BG/TC merger) DO not let our good players of Kaineng be used by either side, fight our own fight. Uplift the morale of your server, not bring it down, Do not cheapen your members efforts! I have an active huge WvW guild.. and im having trouble sweeping the inactive players due to non last login system in Guild Roster. Could Anet try to work on that please thank you, it would BE A HUGE difference for other active hardcore/casual guilds that can track inactive members.
