would you guys still buy abyss, or? ^^

Hello guys,

My charr warrior is almost lvl 80, and its time to gear it up, and buy some dyes for him, but i’m not sure which im gonna buy, so do you guys have any ideas? Please list all the awesome dyes, which would fit a charr warrior with t3 + arah.

Abyss is ofc a very awesome dye, but i got the abyss on my thief and my human warrior.. sadly i found the human warrior boring, and only the arah set fits the human, thats why i rerolled it..
in the long run, having 3 dyes is lots of gold spent on dyes..

atm im lvl 41 with my warrior, and im clearing every single area i get into, i’ve been clearing every lower level areas, and i’m going to clear lornass pass later, but it can be kinda boring, so if any of you are really fast and clearing areas, lmk, and we can clear some together.
Im going for 100% completion, so i need every single area! :P

I got a human atm, but i might want to reroll a norn or charr..

All my classes are human except my mesmer, its an asura, which i do also regret (wanted it to be a human)

But yeah, now im thinking about making another warrior, either charr or norn, but what do you guys think? What would you choose?

well, its not only the legendaries, but the anormy, or whatever its called (a focus) do also seems to be better on human, just in general the bigger weapons/armors :P

well, i’m farming, and i got like 400g, its not like i HATE farming, i mean.. its not the funniest thing, but its.. ok..
yeah, i dont run fotm, but im saving up laurels so i can get full AC gear someday, i got 70 laurels as we speak ^^

Yeah, if i reroll the mesmer, i’d gear it a lot, with some freaking good items (Ascended, legendaries probably, nice exotics and kitten :P)

But for now, im just farming and farming, and not even sure which class i want to put all the effort into

One of the reasons i’m thinking about rerolling is because i never really geared my asura mesmer, cause im not sure if i like the asura for pve (it has been lvl 80 for about a month now) ..
Also i’d like some visible gear for my mesmer :P

i got a lvl 80 asura mesmer already, but im not sure if i like it for pve tbh..
i feel like if i buy expensive exotics, maybe even legendaries, it would be a waste..

Charr usually have their birth name followed by a given name then the name of their legion. I didn’t know this at first so only one of my charr has that setup. Alia-birth, Bitter-given Blade-legion.

i dont like the human cultural for warriors.. i think its more like a guardian style, its not “offensive” armors, if you know what i mean..

I went for the human female, I won’t say i regret it, i just don’t think there’s many good options for a good looking warrior if you pick the human, there’s most likely only the Arah set..

So i’ve been thinking about rolling my human warrior into either a charr or a norn female, but whats holding me back is ofc its lvl 80, got full exotic and kitten, and it also got abyss dye..

Which race did you go for?

Maybe i could just gear it with a full cof set, and just use it for cof p1 farm when i dont feel like farming with my warrior, and then i can get the feeling if i like it or not, and if its worth rerolling ^^

thing is, i like asura mesmers for pvp, but not for pve.. the only reason is the small weapons/armors..

No, i dont have that much free time, and i didnt really enjoy leveling the mesmer, but on the other hand, i can’t see the armor/weapon details very well on the asura..

Warrior
Thief
Mesmer

I got all of those lvl 80, but im not sure which i should max, and buy AC gear for..
Atm i play warrior the most, but i turned 80 with my mesmer recently, and i didnt really bother to gear it cause its an asura, and i’ve been considering rerolling into a human female (probably), if i do so, that would probably be the class i buy AC gear for, but im still not sure..

What do you guys think? Which class would you pick?
And would you reroll your lvl 80 asura mesmer into a human mesmer?

As topic says, which class is your main, and why is it your main?

I’m not sure what my main is atm. I guess its either the warrior or thief, (a chance i could run mesmer as my main) can’t decide which i want to put the most effort into, and which i want to buy a legendary for later on.

I’m kinda new to fractals (My personal reward is lvl 3 or something like that), but i figured i really wanted the glowing backpack item, but whats the fastest way to farm Fractal Relics? Any specific method, like joining higher fractals, or should i just start out with the lower levels?

Also i’d like to know if any of you’ve farmed the backitem, and how long it took you?

Yes, i do have the superior sigil of accuarcy,
and yes, im also aware of the 5% crit dmg <- this is the stats dmg for my dagger, the othre is my sigils stats.

This just makes no sense at all, cause the 5% crit chance from my sigil seems useless.

I finished the achivements and got the ticket about a week ago, but i didn’t use my ticket yet, because i dont know which gloves i want, but will it still be usuable when the event is over? in like a month, or will my ticket either dissapear or be unusuable?

I’m farming CoF, but i want to make profit while im doing that, most likely from TP obviously..

But i’ve only done this a few times before, which is about 2-3 months ago, and now i have no idea about the prices, and which items i should flip..

He doesn’t even have to switch class in the end, he can do cof at any levels, he will just pull you and your team down, but he will still get the exp.

I’ve posted a topic about this before, but anet didnt really react to it..

As you see on the pictures i only get 3% crit chance for every daggers, and these 3% is from the precision on the daggers..
I do have a 5% crit chance which doesnt show.

When are you gonna do something about this? And if this are meant to be, please tell me.

Well, no, its not the exotic thing, i got full exotic on both chars, but i still want to equip one char better than the other (Talking about legendary and ascended gear here)

I still havent decided which class i want for main, but these 2 classes are the classes i like the most, so i’ve decided to stick with either of those.

What i want to do with the class:
Almost everything, tpvp, wvw, dungeons/dungeon farm (CoF p1)

I havent really tried the warrior in wvw yet, so i don’t know if i like it or not, or if the thief is a lot better than the warrior..

Also i used to love the D/D thief, but i havent played my thief much lately cause of the MUG nerf, but im thinking about getting back to it, a few days ago i was pretty sure i’d make the warrior my main, but now im really unsure about what to do..
What do you guys think?

And for the thief, which build would you use?
D/D is still my favorite, but whats your opinions? ^^

Atm i might just stick to my warrior..

I’m trying to find a main class right now, and i had these in mind: Warrior, thief, mesmer, guardian.
Afterall i’ve been thinking a lot about the guardian, but how do you like it? Do you feel strong after those nerfs if any? And the minor buffs to thieves )Larcenous strike+the unblockable strike from warrior)

i’ve noticed people complaining about the mesmer nerfs, and they’re retiring from them..
This makes me wonder if they’re worth playing, i mean.. everyone can complain about it, but how big was this confusion nerf to mesmer? And are we afraid for more upcoming nerfs?
I won’t put a lot effort into a char, which will most likely get nerfed oO

I kinda feel like making a human mesmer, and probably run that as my main, but idk yet..
I feel like asura mesmer suits better for tpvp, and outside tpvp human suits the mesmer better, this is because you can get cultural armors, legendaries etc outside, which looks better on asura..
This is why i havent geared my mesmer yet, its just sitting there being lvl 80, i dont know what to do yet..
