Well, i’m currently at 67gold, with 33 left to farm until i can get my commander badge, after that i’ll start saving gold for armour + weapons for my asura mesmer.

I have to ask, why do you want a legendary weapon? as i said before its just for looks and in my opinion a waste of money but hey if you want it go for it, but depending on the legendary you want, the main component in any legendary is very expensive, for example for the twilight greatsword, the dusk atm is like more then 500 gold.

If you got the credit card or paciente to gather all the stuff for a legendary go ahead, but as i said its just for looks nothing more. Ascended items are nice, but hard to get, i just got myself an ascended amulat and now i’m saving up laurels to buy the magical infusion that is like 20 laurels

Well i did fight some asura mesmers in WvW and i don’t know…maybe because they are so small i could not target the real one and keept selecting the illusions for my bladetrail or throw axe or shield bash, skills that stuns the enemy. Maybe i’m wrong, but from my experience in Aion, the smaller the better for pvp + asuras are cute and i like how they dance while standing still with a weapon drawed.
The bad part about asuras is that because they are so small, weapons and gear are not really that visible, then again when your a enemy is facing you ( a player enemy) he dosn’t really look at you stuff, he just wants to kill you xD.

If you want nice visible armour and weapons, then go for human or norn or charr.

not worth buying a legendary weapon, thats just for looks not for dmg, and exotic equal to a legendary in stats.

Why mesmer? mesmer can be a killah in wvw 1v1, and in pve it can handle a handfull of higher lvl mobs.

My only regret in GW2 is that i created a warrior first, now i can’t change my main because i allready spent a kitten load of gold and time equiping him with the best stuff.

I created my mesmer a few days ago, but as i said previosly i’m more on my main because i’m farming gold. So i don’t really play him, but want to get him eventually to lvl 80 with full exotics and all the works

I’m on Ruins of Surmia EU server, i don’t spend much time on my lvl 10 mesmer tho, usually i’m farming in southsun or orr for gold to get the commander compedium but whisper me ingame Undertakerrrr and i’ll jump on my mesmer for a while.

Any chance you will be doing a zone in orr?

I’ve got a lvl 10 asura mesmer, get your new toon to lvl5 and we can roll togheter

Who trasmutes a legendary? lol Thats like taking the body of a Ferrari and putting it on a ford model T chassis.

what mobs drop these crates?

I got some from the orrian boxes that you can buy from karma vendors in orr
( each costs almost 4500 karma)

PS: you don’t get 1 in every box, from about 70-80 chests i got like 2 but depends on luck too.

If you try my way, well i suggest first save up 500k-700k karma ( yeah its a lot but you can make alot of karma fast) and then go and buy the boxes, you also get others stuff from the them ( again depending on your luck) like Karma consumables that ofc give you more karma ( more info about the karma consumables here http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Karma )

Tell your friend not to power level, i did the same thing, got to lvl 80 fast and i regret it. Thats why i made another class and started again. At lvl 80 things get boring expecially if you are not a dungeon kinda guy like me.

I have the invador set with superior runes of the soldier, and yes its pvt and you can get the full set in your homeland borderland for 950 badges of honor ( that you get by killing enemies in WvW) + got a combo of 3 power toughness crit dmg accessories and 3 power precision and toughness accesories.

For a Warrior its really nice, as you get the vitality (about 26-27k ) and nice power/toughness/precision stats and some crit dmg

Why did i get the badges set? I really hate farming dungeons xD

I use razer game booster, it boost your game, has a couple of nice features, you can see your FPS, take printscreens and video record at 720p HD.

Had problems with my first one, the video was at double speed, what i did was put my FPS at max 60 ingame and not unlimited, don’t know why, but it worked and the videos are at the corect speed now.

Also its free ofc, no 30 days try period, no BS. free for ever.

My advise is, creat a class, go straight to pvp zone ( where the spvp and stuff are) you will have the class at lvl 80 with full exotics and you can test it there and see if you like it. better then to wait until you get it to lvl 30 in pve or WvW.

Well tbh, its all about your gamestyle, there is no class super better then the other, depends on how you play it and if you play it well. This ofc takes time, alot of time.

Of course there are guys that have been playing GW2 since the launch so they had the time to figure out each class and how it works better.

I have a warrior, been playing for like 2 months now maybe, got 350h played with the warrior and i’ve encountered some guys that i totally beat and some that gave me the virtual beating of my life.

So my advise is, go with the one you want, learn all there is to learn about it, research things, learn to play it and you will do fine. About builds, well it took me some time to come up with a good WvW build that works with my gamestyle. So just reaserch builds for the class you chose, ask people on your server, in your guild, here and then try and find the best build for your gamestyle.

Because Vitality doesn’t make you live. Dodging and knowing when to use utilities will make you live.

I know that, not that bad of a noob lol, but still warriors are victims for sure agains some profesions, like for example memers, when i see one i don’t even try anymore..just run and hope for the best

So after a few weeks of testing and asking other people about the best build for WvW ( keep in mind i’m not saying mine is the best, its just a regular build that works fine for me) i have found the best build for me.

Many of the people i’ve asked sayd hammer is the way to go as for main weapon, well i don’t like the hammer, i play better with the gs and at the end of the day its all about you and your play style.

Yes, full pvt exotic gear with superior rune of the soldier + exotic sentinel’s accesories ( power precision toughness) with azurite orbs ( pvt) in the upgrade slots and power toughness crit dmg with again azurite orbs.

The lag i’m suffering is more like “slow motion”, i mean i see whats happening but in slow motion, maybe its because there were like 50 people in that zone ( we where attaking a castle), ofc i died and i respawned and the lag was gone

I’ve been playing GW2 for more then 2 weeks now, today was my first day with #super slow motion" lagg. Is it my pc? Got a pc that can run Assasin’s creed and GTA at High settings, got a 30mb/s internet connection… so is it me or what?

I’ve created a warrior yeasterday and had a bit of fun on pvp, but today its not the same, died alot and stuff…then created a guardian….don’t really like it tbh..then i tried the mesmer……the mesmer seems a bit complicated to me,

So as you seens i’ve tried a few professions and still i haven0t found something i like, could anyone have the patience to explain to me step by step what to do, this is only my second type of game, first being AIon and yeah i sucked at that too.

Played Aion for 4 months never had fun in pvp, so its a nice change.
