At the character selection screen, on the bottom left choose ‘World Selection’, select the world you want to transfer to, click transfer and then confirm. It’s still free to do this.

If the game was bought from buy.guildwars2.com ( this site ) you need to contact support for them to give you a refund. If you bought it from a shop, you’ll need to go there.

I wan’t to change my character’s name. Is this possible?

It means your email and password has been compromised, you email account may or may not been compromised.

Clicking the “to authenticate this login attempt” link will ask you to CONFIRM if you want that IP to be authenticated. Not clicking the link will deny it.
