Hmm maybe a blobl should be calculated as this

B = percentage of players over or under blobing over there
Number of players in 500 units = X
Number of enemies in nearby vicinity in a 500 unit square area = (Y x 2)
Ranks of each friendly player = z
Ranks of enemy players =(z*2)
Position of server in score , multiplier here is 1st place = 3]
Position of server in score , 2st place = [2]
Position of server in score , 3rd place = [*1]

So lets say 1st place vs 3rd place and 1st place is saying blob

B %= {[((X*3)Z)] / [((Y2)1))Z*2)]} * 100

therefore say if enemies are all rank 100 ( yeah lets assume they are all the same)
and ranks of friendly are all rank 100

and the actual numbers on each side is 20

then

B% = {[60*20]/[(40*20*2)]} 100
B% = 1.5100 = 150%

Therefore from the true numbers a 1st server will claim 50% over the actual number against a 3rd,

Actually, Ele’s and Engy’s Elixer S and Mist Form still take condition damage. AND, unlike Warriors, can’t use any skills during this.

Just because there’s a small counter for something that’s completely overpowered doesn’t make it not overpowered.

You’re basically making the argument: “I can beat something imbalanced by using something which is more imbalanced.” Same logic as “I should counter a warrior with another warrior.”

Alright, great, so it’s only invulnerability against 75% of damage. My question still stands, there’s very little reason that Endure Pain should hold a point.

Count the blue lines, thats totally 20 people. It it a requirement to be completely delusional to the amount of players one actually has around them to be on SoR? Or can you guys not do simple mathematics?

That is not from last night. Note that SF is rushing from Hills Spawn, which is impossible from JQ BL which we were on last night. I remember this night clearly because Jedbacca and myself were wishing each other good fights after everything was said and done. That was a night we were low pop running at max 18 on a map. TW was running their own group, UL was running their own too.

The point isn’t about last night, it’s that you basically completely denied that you ever zerg in large groups which is obviously false. Run your guild groups or whatever and celebrate your victories, but stop pulling the outnumbered card. If you wanted to fight small man, then you wouldn’t have transferred to the largest server in NA.

Also I find it hard to believe that you were separate from TW for more than 30 seconds.

We run separate all the time, however when there’s certain locations like spawn towers, camps and keeps and we know there will be an entire map coming to defend it, we buddy up. We were not zerging as one massive blob, we were attacking in different formations to different points, ask Jed about it, see if he agrees with your ever so shaded position on things.

As far as pairing up with TW for certain objectives, how does this surprise you? Would you rather we ran against double or three times our numbers all the time to just feed you bags? The point is Wilco, you could take a lot of pointers from your better server mates like Jed who can appreciate positions from both sides of the table instead of just flinging bile all day.

I like the #shotsfired, it’s nice of you. And I’ll stop my “bile flinging” or whatever I’m doing when you guys really prove yourselves to us or you get over the illusion that you’re the “elite havoc squad”. Because, from my experience, you fell into the TW trap of defending towers all night with large numbers. I mean, it’s really not your fault – how can you go offensive when you walk into NA Prime ticking 400 and most of the boarderlands are red?

Funny, still have a bunch of friends on JQ, and I doubt they’d share the same opinion as you on that. Funny thing is that we run and have run about 4-5 nights a week since our guilds inception. We are a smaller roster. But this doesnt mean we aren’t willing to help out other guilds on our off nights or low population nights. So far since WARD has come over, the highest “Zerg” that we led was 38 people and consisted of WARD / Aco / IRON. This was against a full JQ map blob of SF / SG / Pro.

Please get over your hate and vitriol and try to be a little less delusional with your posts in the future.

Let me educate. With SoR EU strength it gives 3 upgraded keeps in SoR BL to a guild called TW. That translates in to 40-50 people minimum taking 2-4 hours to flip said keep when BG is not pushing their BL. That is a lot of man power for a long time to dedicate to one objective. TW is no joke when it comes to upgraded keep defense. So it is a difficulty issue not a truce at all.

TW loves to sit in their upgraded towers with 46 arrow carts, so tactically speaking we figured we’d have a better chance trying to bore them to death and tactically hit something else in the mean time.

Actually, most players on SoR I speak to hold both BG and JQ in high regards and respect the servers for what they are: WvW powerhouse servers.

If it feels like SoR is pushing JQ hard, it’s probably because of your top notch performance last week and they want to see where you’re really at in all respective timezones. Also, JQ does hold that #1 spot which everyone in this matchup is gunning for, so that could also be another reason why SoR might push JQ hard.

There’s a difference between pushing hard and sabotaging our PvE events. TW knows what I’m talking about.

We’re all for a good fight on the battlefield, but leave it there.

Hopefully BG can pull itself out of this slump. Not sure what is up with that server but it’s obvious they need to fix something. Consistency is an important aspect of WvW.

On another note, SoR, you guys are skillful as always, but JQ, I think tier 2 has made you soft. A fully seiged up tower with more numbers than us, and we still took it with just losing 1 person.

Complaining about double teams in a three sided fight never gets old or any less amusing to see.

Uh I originally posted because your group was spam laughing right before we wiped you. If you think asking for GvG’s is rude or something you have a stick up somewhere. Both groups have rally bait and uneven numbers, so a GvG is asking for a fight that would be worth a kitten .

A few were laughing because it was obvious you were trying to lure is into a choke, after we charged 3 times and you backed trying to trap us a couple /laugh. Asking us for a GvG isn’t rude, just don’t be jerks when we all decline.
