Congrats to Fergs night crew
Saw our oppertunity to Push for 2nd place again, jumped on gatherd the nite crew and drove SF and ET out of our BL. You guys fought well but we have the advantage at nite on the BS nite crews watch. Forced our advantage into ET BL and caped the map
thanks to all the FC guys that came to support us we love your support and welcome you every nite!

however, evidence suggests itll be a better match:
-sf got a big boom in population after getting trapped, likely imo due to it just being a very high pop server that finally got a somewhat balanced looking match and disgruntled people and new pve recruits trying again finally
-hod complains about having 4 people on at times, a problem we can relate to…
-and, sf stompings are comparable to dr, a server that rose about 3 tiers when they finally escaped t8.. suggesting that anything below dr is probably a better fit for a match in t8 than sfa lot of the misunderstanding probably stems from people seeing a servers rating and not possibly thinking it could be wrong. fc and et are 600 and by god they belong there and nowhere else until they get transfers. and by god sf beeeeeeeelongs at ~950. for sure.
that isnt true. sf belongs 350 above et and fc. but that is the limit of what glicko can measure with only 3 competitors in the subsystem. we cant tell if hod belongs 400 above fc and et, because they dont fight.

I am going based on my experience and usually when we drop down we dominate for a week or 2. Or vice versa, when a T1 server drops down they usually dominate.

Gota love you Rik, you know just how to explain thing’s on the forums. I would love to see HOD come down. IMO FC and ET are a good fit for HOD and SF should be T7-T6. i H8 it when ppl say “Why do you wat them out anyone else wont be better” this isant true. SF had a revival after coming into T8 (Transferrs/PVE’rs getting back into WvW ect)
Not saying it will happen but IMO FC and ET will probly beat HOD (from what the forum populating is saying) but we wont find out till they come down and i want that oppertunity.
P.S. Ruprect this wasnt a dig at you and i love that you changed your view once explained to you (+1 for you ) it was aimed at players in higher tier’s that think they know the situation when they have never even had a good look into the GW2 Glicko system.

I like this idea. Your dead team mates stay green so you can still tell them appart but the other teams dead go grey.
joke’s aside there should be free transfers to lower tiers eg T7-T8 but that is another topic.
That’s actually a really good idea. free transfers to bottom 2 tiers.
The only thing with my Free transfer to T7-T8 idea is that we will get whole T1-T2 guilds transferring to T8 and end up with another kaineng but again ive gone off toppic. i still like the idea of fighting thru EB to get into there BL

yes i thought about the Que in T1-3 but realy this will help even out the tiers. If ppl in T1-T3 get fed up with Ques then transfer and even out the tiers making for more even games and less outnumbered servers?
With paid transfers? They are most likely to quit the game…

joke’s aside there should be free transfers to lower tiers eg T7-T8 but that is another topic.
Little update on last nite:
Due in part to the efforts for the nite crew and all that came along ( Thanks to all that came to support us ) we have takken 2nd place. We will continue to make the rounds at nite over the next couple days to gain a good lead on ET.
- 4 Tanky build hammer wariors (CC kings) cause target focus.
- 3 Tanky support Gaurdian Boon builds chaining between team buff skills and healing ULT’s if needed.
- 3 Mezmer clone builds (bulk out the force and throw in decoys) and the DPS.
- 2 Necro full condition damage/condition duration builds.
- 2 Ele Aoe dps builds.
- 2 full Stelth glass Thieve’s for stelth spikeing/targeting squishy ranged foe’s.
- 3 Longbow ranger’s for Aoe cripple and pet focus on squishyer targets.
- 1 Engineer CD/direct damage utility build (kits-Granade, Med, Tool)

That would flood EB, and they have 4/4 queues on high tiers… It’s unlikely to be a welcomed suggestion for the “majority”.
Edit: How about the other way around – You can only go to EB when you control all the keeps in your borderland?
Well this is 1/2 the suggestion, if a server has been beatten into there BL they need to take the (e.g. keep on there side) to move into the EB.

Well as usual Thanks to all the FC that came out on nite shift last nite. We BS commanders Are loving the turnouts. We are still the strongest nite server in T8 and it looks like we are getting stronger
as of when i looked at the score b4 i left for work we have just overtakken ET 75k to 74.8k keep it up guys!
EDIT: Thanks insanemaniac for coming out with us last nite. We BS always love to see you hahahaha and also thanks to Azmika and the other commander (sorry didnt get your name) for picking up once i needed to head to bed.

This it totaly random but id like ppls thoughts on it. what if Anet makes it so a server cant move from EB into another servers BL without capturing the EB’s keep on that servers 1/3 side?
Think its crazy? well think on it more:
1. Makes sence that a server need to fight thru the EB to get into another servers BL.
2. Focused defence/offence on those keeps. More strategic point.
3. Much closer games, if defenders take advantage of this
There are many reasons why it makes sence (just cant think of them all). The only CON i can think of ATM is more of a good thing anyway:
CON: higher pop servers will have longer Ques for everyone getting into EB. or is it gona force some ppl to server transfer to lower pop? PRO/CON.
If anyone thinks of something i havent thought of let me know im open minded.

My Engineer is a healthy mix of:
19.2k HP.
2600 Amour Rating.
3.2k Power.
800 Condition Damage.
More than 10 CC/Utility skills. (In 4 Engineer kits)
The biggest advantage to being a tanky/dps Commander is the ability to push! As a commander if i run out the front pushing forward we tend to push an advantage. That being said, it dosnt mean full Glass Commanders dont have there use’s. Another commander in my guild (hence we run together alot) is a Glass theif. He and I work well together as i can push with relitive ease (because i am tanky), and he can organise Flanks, Rear charges, Siege setup and stelth spiking. its just a diferance in play. glass commanders do well in skermishing and tanky commanders do well in Zergs.
and d’ya know how we took second place back? we took all your stuff.
i’ll admit. you guys did good friday/saturday. kudos.
but we still took it back. currently ET has better morning coverage than FC, just like SF has better afternoon/evening coverage than either of us.
Finaly, someone who knows the situation. this is true, if i had to break it down to 24 hour time each day manpower would be USA time:
-1:30-12:30 – SF 500 (que full ect), ET and FC (100-200)
-12:30-7:00 – SF 5-10, ET 5-10 FC 15-20 <— befor you say “WTF THIS ISANT TRUE” it is FC has the highest nite crew in T8
-7:30-10:00 – SF like 0-5, ET 30-40, FC 0-10.
-10:00-1:30 is fairly even. SF still highest but very even.
If i could give SF a little advice about how to gain that extra 50 rating you need to get T7 (not having a go at SF, just letting you know) organise a 30 man crew at 7:30 am US time and you will stop ET’s gain on you and raise your points gap/rating. Everyone on the forums assumes its ET’s nite crew thats helping them, well its not. simple fact is 7-7:30am ET 30+ man golem rushes there BL then FC BL then EB in that order.
I am nite crew and i see this at the end of my shift every day like clockwork 7-7:30 golems from ET’s 30+ men.
NOTE: I am an aussie so my US time conversion may be a little out.
We try and cover our BL but there are times we get called away. If you ever need backup and we are on don’t hesitate to send me a message nugget. That was me that came in last night with my guild to help. We will do it every time we can.
Thats rite i remember you, Thanks for the back-up we held of several 30+ man ET and SF but then SF droped like 50ppl in couldnt hold it. Are you appart of the usual day crew? i only know the regular nite crew (cause im nite crew. Sir Mix, Rikkity, Xseras and myself) jumped on day cause it was weekend. hope to see you more!

i didn’t say they ignore you ALL the time… but i have seen several times SF/ET BLs and EB all mottled green and blue, and Ferg’s BL completely untouched by either and solid red. i think i even have a few screenshots to that effect
I wasnt trying to be mean about it im a friendly guy. just letting you know that it feels the same for us. sometimes i think you 2 are ganging up on us. i know its not true but it just feels that way.
I beleve our BL is untouched because we have priority on our BL. Being a commander in FC if i ask for help in our BL other commanders and there followers WP in from other BL/EB. ( just yesterday i asked for backup at our BL as in my post above and 3 commanders turned up saying “nugget, i got 20 ppl where do you need us?”). On the other hand yesterday ET had 30+ ppl in our BL while ETBL was turning green. if they had been in their BL it may have stayed blue.

Oh man…. get on aus time 11am-3:30pm sunday. BS commanders letting knowone into our BL and the day crew was off pushing in ET in EB (good job guys ). push off like 15 attempts at both ET and SF coming into our BL with 40+. end up overtaking ET at about 12:30 Aus time.
Get on later during our nite shift and we get a 3k lead!!!! (on ET that is) go to bed wake up for being 3k behind… what the kitten happend to our morning crew??

The answer is in MORE WvW Teams.
Ok. Yes I said “teams” not servers, not worlds, but “teams”.
See the Glicko system is designed to create a profile of skill (or establish a number to reflect a skill level) of a single player. Hence why it is used for most PvP games, both on the computer and board games (Like chess). And is used with great results.
However, even if you used Glicko for single players, if you only had 24 players and put them in 3 person tournaments, you would end up blowouts, because the of lack of options. Simply put, you only have 8 tiers, so, people who should not fight, will end up fighting, because even if a player is too good for one tier, but not good enough for another, they have to be put somewhere, so a blowout will happen.
So when you have a mutable thing like a server that people can come, and go from. That people can opt to play or not play, that people can go to WvW and do whatever.
And you mix that with a painfully small number of these servers, and require larger (3 server) battle fields. This end result is, well, the inevitable end result.
So. What they need to do is add more “teams” as opposed to making them servers.
Make these teams like Sports Teams, so guilds can buy them, and keep the private, while some can remain public for the server as a whole.
With more teams on the field, Glicko would be able to make for better match ups.
Right now, the lowest scoring worlds will fight off, no matter how unbalanced the match up is, because that is ALL Glicko has to work with. Just like the top 3 worlds will fight, no matter how bad that match up may be, and on down the list. Which is where most of the problem stem from, is simply too few servers to allow for real motion.
If there were 300 “servers” for WvW, we would not have this problem as there would be a better chance for their to be many teams close to each other so that moving would be common thing, a solid win might move you up, a crushing loss would move you down, and blowouts would result in someone moving, not being stuck.
Yes this would help but IMO i dont want more “teams” just yet. I like it the way it is. put a floor/roof on the rating will fix the short and long trem problem’s of stail matches then implament “more teams” by placeing a no transferr to Very high pop servers. (random numbers cause i dont know but) say 800,000 ppl play on the 8 NA servers place a 100,000 account max on all servers and say JQ has 220,000 accounts. knowone can transfer into JQ untill there are less than 100,000 accounts. let ppl leave or stay as they please but eventualy (6 months to a year) the servers will even out.
i guess what im trying to say is: lower the max account limit on servers. i dont know numbers but i bet halving the max pop per server would help even things out. then add more servers.

There if you hate your server so much then leave and stop blaming the team that wins for stuff out of their control….easy solution.

Yeah me too it’s been way to long here in this T8 quagmire. Love seeing your guild out there cause I always know it’s going to be a real good fight and just love the guild name too. I find some of the best fight I have are when we lose and some have been at the hand of your guild.

I just skiped all the posts as i have seen this thread many times b4 and let you know what the best solution/outcome from previous thread’s have been.
Put a floor/roof on the glicko system (min-900 max- 2150)<— example this would mean FC, ET and SF would jump to 900. next week SF has a 150k points blowout and gets a 100+ point bump due to FC and ET being = rating with SF. SF will move into T7 in 1-2 week’s. this means the lower tier servers can push there way out with 2-3 weeks of good games
This will also improve server moral for ET/FC (fighting new opponents) So what if GOM/HOD stomps us next week at least then ET/ FC will know:
1. We deserve to be in T8.
2. More variaty in opponents.
3. moral increace for our server.
4. not a long update for Anet (all they need to change in rating system is if a server hits max/min rating they dont lose more than that) E.G. FC at 900 rating lose get -70 rating and stay at 900.

I would like a show of hands how many people here have more deaths that kills, I know my kills vastly outnumber my death by at least 10 fold. Just want to see the competition I am really dealing with here, we may have a break through and it may not just be a numbers thing as all these people have claimed before.

Yes i dont know where the JP is (i realy dont care where it is) i dont do them BORING!!!. I am in the FC nite crew and atm our nite crew outnubbers SF nite crew about 3/4 but the real problem is ET nite crew gathering 30+ at nite.
GJ ET you have realy steped up. dosent help that we lost a large portion of our WvW players
Edit: BTW your kills/deaths have nothing to do with the server winning or not. all 3 of the BS Commanders in the nite crew have 1k+ kills and less than 100 deaths. we take towers/keeps push back zergs get 30-50 kills a nite and die 2-3 times but the truth is as soon as we log off we lose everything how can we “Be Winning”?

Just want to see the competition I am really dealing with here, we may have a break through and it may not just be a numbers thing as all these people have claimed before.

Just letting you FC guys know we are still here.
We are active most nites from 5pm austime (1:00-2:00am U.S.A)
till morning shift kickes in around 10:30 11:00pm austime (7:000-8:00)
with the steep increase in ET nite Crew (30-40ppl) it has become harder to hold as much as we could 2 weeks ago. I urge any Aussie players to come join us (join the guild or just come for the nite run)
we are gathering 10-20 ppl on nite runs now thanks to all those who come on a regular run but we still need more!
surprisingly SF is undermanned at these times and ET has been allowed to Steam on thru EB and our BL. if we can get a few more and stop there nite terror we can very posibly get our Blue position back!!!
Update: Bit the bullet and played it last nite.
LOVE IT! it totaly suits my style of play. full CD didnt have enought damage output, and direct damage burst was to hit and miss (miss your combo you under performed)
This was great, A ton of direct damage and decent CD (Mostly loved the magnet pull -> nails -> pry bar -> grenade kit combo) 5 stackes of confusion and 1.2k crits on 3 nades applying 15+ stacks of vulnerability. Melted HP but still had all the nessisary utility
#Tool kit give you Magnet, Gear shield, nails and Pry bar (5 stackes of confusion = over 1k damage each skill over 8.3 sec)
#Grenade kit for all the good Direct damage + conditions on skills 2-5 (skill 1 still has a 33% chance to get bleeding/burning on crits)
#Eilxer S <—- need i say more (can be changed if you feel like it)
#Med kil for the F1 5k+ heal and 3-1.1k bandages + condition removal (one thing this build was lacking) and swiftness for 11 sec out of every 20.

I have been working on builds for a while now:
1. first one i used was a direct damage rifle/boon build. I loved this but had low versatility/survivability.
2. did up a full CD build with 1850 CD and 2.7k armour. this was great for stacking confusion an bleeding but very hard to play.
So i desided to experiment with a hybrid build. end result looks so good (in theory) i need to try it out:
note: the amulet i alreay had from the direct damage build.
The idea behind this build is to have good direct damage but still make use of the amazing amount of conditions involved in the skills.
skills:
Med kit
Grenade Kit (if you have trouble landing the nades in WvW, change this to Flamer/EG)
Tool kit
Elixar S
Supply crate
I am at work so i havent had the chance to test this build and befor i waste my gold on the items i need.

hey dude litraly just changed my build, i was so supprised with pistal/shield
shield how much survivablity i have. look up on GW2 wiki wat the sheld abilitys do its amazing. reflect/knock back and stun/daze in 2 skills!
i have a full CD build with 2.7k toughness 19.2k hp (28590 efective HP) and 1436 condition damage. (1600 with consumables) (1850 with consumables + CD sigil kill stacking)
Carrion – wep/shield.
rampager/Carrion – armor
Rabid – trinket
traits.
0 – 25 – 30 – 15 – 0

If you do eventually get your commander tag, you’ll realise that it’s one thing to talk about flank or feint attacks, and quite another to get them done. They can be done, but they require very good communication and explanation from the commander, and a disciplined and intelligent group of players following him. Sometime players seem determined to scatter rather than sticking tightly together, to engage in pointless skirmishes with thieves rather than getting to that objective that needs defending, to either not bring supply or waste it on useless seige, to…. well I could go on.
And on top of that you have to put up with the armchair-generals who are sure they know better because they’ve read a few lines of Sun Tzu. Which is totally applicable to a video game.
Three things for a good commander: 1. Communication, both listening to scout reports and properly reacting to them, and also explaining your plans and reasoning to your followers. Nobody can read minds, and people don’t like following blindly either. 2. Deliberately underestimate the guys following you. The best commanders always assume that if they go within 100 metres of a tower, a good portion of their group will break off to auto-attack the gate until they get wiped, so they either skirt well around them, or they deliberately move that way to leave the less intelligent players there as a distraction for the enemy. 3. Patience. Just accept that things won’t go as well as you’d like, that players will ignore you or mess things up, and that some will blame you personally for the failings of the server. It’s no use raging about it, that just results in things getting worse and worse.
hahaha where you in my head when you typed this?? is has everything i see as a commander.
has my opinions of this topic and some advise to commanders. funnely enough what i have said in this topic is much the same as what you have stated here.
Commander courtesy:
if you BL hop or log in and there is another commander somewhere it may be nice to ask them if they have a plan or stratergy happening. if you pop up your tag and run elsewhere you may draw the manpower needed from the other commander half way through his plan that may have worked if you hadnt stolen his followers.
you would be supprised how much this happens. For example:
A commander trebing the outer wall of SM and preparing a golem(with mesmer portal mobility) rush for inner gate. things are going slow but well and another commander jumps in and heds out to a small enemy zerg. shouts XXX server is wildcreek come here. some people leave and the attack on SM fails due to lack of man power.
as commanders our job is to get our + points up and hold them but let face it the ppl wana fight. they wont listen to your plan if there is a more interesting fight going on :P

Firstly this topic is not a rant about bad commanders so id like to see no “whining” comments about other commanders. This is where we can talk about the qualities you want to see in a commander. help new/inexperienced commanders. in the long run i want this post to help the GW2 WvW community become more competitive and fun
For Example: As a commander i have found more ppl follow me and look up to me if i give them direction, reasoning for what i am doing, communication, Admitting when i have done something wrong and taking other ppls suggestions into account.
the other point i will bring up is commander to commander courtesy. the LAST thing that a follower wants to se is two commanders having a go at each other in map/team chat. if you disagree with another commander wisper him your consern in a nice manner.
if you have any quality to add or a positive comment to another commander please post!
further more to the post above:
this is a Boon build the bace stats are very likely to change up alot. watch in the vid how many boons i have and what they are. 90% of the time i have like 4-5 different boons up including 4-9 stacks of might, fury, protection (33% damage reduction n top of my 2.35k armour rating) swiftness, vigar (more dodging) and other random boons also.
Fair enough comments, though i do agree we did outnumber them in the vid (most of the time not all) this fotage was filmed in one nite over like 2 hours. you cant formulate a judgement on one nite that we happend to outnumber them.
in responce to yor glass cannon acusation. you havent even seen my build. what is i said i have 21k helth ans 2.35k Armour rating with a elixar S pop at 25% hp a large amount of condition removal and still pull out 2.5k crits on the auto attack?
My gaurdian (who is tanky as hell) has 17k hp and 2.6k Armour rating dosent stand a chance against some of the stuff this Engineer can servive through.

After considering all the options to fix the T8 rating “black hole vortex” there is 1 solution that has the most credability:
putting a floor/roof on the ratings is the best option. go off do your reserch, but i assure you this is the best way.
e.g. place a 900 minimum rating in. this will bump ET/SF/FC to 900 rating. if SF has another blowout at this point and get 150k more points than ET or FC they will gain 100+ rating and after a week or to move into T7. ET and FC will no longer be draging down SF’s rating gain.
once SF in in T7 and either GOM or HOD come down we can truly test if SF belongs in T8. if they lose, so be it at least we know. this also gives ET and FC a chance to prove themselves. if we lose then “meh” at least we got a chance against another server.
any other “fix” to the rating system will either ruin good mach up’s in the middle of the rating system, cause unfair matchups or not improve the long term stability of the system.
so over all the best imediate, long term and easy to implament solution is a rating floor/roof. i invite you to let me know if there is more options. i will do the reserch to see if they are a better solution the the T8 “black hole issue”

I built a Direct damage boon duration elixar build engineer. the intent was to make him a commander in WvW witch i have done
this is a vid i made (nothing fantastic) of WvW ive done with him. I find this fits my play style and may help ppl find there own.
being a WvW build i need to be tanky with decent DPS the result was this build.

A good commander has a sound stratergy.
A great commander has Good Communication, Good praise to his followers if they do well, dosnt have a public fight/put down any other Commander’s.
1- I canot stress enough the COMMUNICATION bit. i love a commander who says in map " we are hitting XXXBay next, re-supply at XXXcamp. we will hit with a fast 3 rams, hope to knock over 1st door befor defenders show up. if this fails we can treb the wall from XXXtower" at least then everyone knows what is going on.
2- Telling your followers “GJ” when they take a tower ect is nice to hear. it will make more ppl follow you.
3- If another commander comes in and disagrees with the 1st comanders plan dont say in map " you suck this is not a good plan, follow me im better!" wisper them your consern. the last thing i wana see when i am following someone is a argument in map chat. thats when i go to charicter select and go do a dungen or anything else non WvW related.
Unfortunatly we have no “Tokken” gained for showing those qualitys. so i suggest a mix of most of the suggestions E.G. 50G, 1000 HB and allow ppl to filter there preferred commander’s. E.G. right click on his tag add to favorite Commander’s list. allowing you to see there online in WvW status.

you getting weaker is not us getting stronger, it’s just us capitalizing on your lack of coverage to devour extra points and coast into 2nd place.
Yes you are mostly correct but i know for a fact ET coverage has improved. we FC nite crew could PvDoor ET begining of last week, Now we are meeting 20 defenders at the same time. even SF has noticed ET nite crew amassing over the last week.
The key element I never notice being discussed when this topic comes up is…. would being matched with any server other than SF actually be.. better?
Ignoring flaws in how the ratings function, wouldn’t any other match-up be arguably much worse for ET/FC?
Sad thing is our prime forces are like 10 – 15 players… and 1 – 3 guilds. At one point tonight we had 0 supply 0 towers in all BL. We just get Zerged from both sides. And we start week strong and always end up about 100,000 behind due to no late night presence and zerg vs 15 – 20 of us.
Heck, just now Darkhaven’s zerg split into 4 groups and they’re smallest zerg group had more than we had in entire zone.
No offense to HoD, and this is just one player so I’m sure its not the full story. And even if it were, it would be a matter of populations going inactive during hard periods, just like we’re suffering at this time.
Nevertheless according to the numbers presented in this post, HoD sounds even weaker than FC and ET, and by a very large margin.

Im not sure what happened to ET but they got a number blast over the last week. As i am in the devoted Ferg’s nite crew i am aware of the numbers on at US 2-7 am and some T7-T6 servers may be shocked at what we field at most time.
FC 2-7am is our low point and i generaly pull 10-20 ppl to follow me on nite runs. (if the going get tough i ask for more ppl from BS to help, insta 10 more ppl- good thing about being in the devoted nite crew)
ET has 25-35 recently, due to (among other factors) a FC guild getting fedup and transferring there.
SF genrally has like 10 on at all times but some sort of alarm system. if we push to hard 50 jump into WvW to push back. mostly CoSA.
Now, i do agree i dont know how we would fair against HOD or GOM if they came down but i know that at least 60% of our total WvW force is doing non WvW activity because they are over it.
if we got HOD or GOM i think ppl would jump back in WvW simply because we are not fighting SF. then watch as ET and FC SMASH whoever comes down, simply because we will have a small self-esteem boost.
I am a firm believer in implamenting a floor at say 900-950 on the rating this will rocket SF out of T8 and get a go in T7. If SF lose Badly and fall back into T8 then at least we know they deserve to be here. if they keep doubling our points each week and loosing 50 rating due to there being no floor on the rating system they more ppl in ET/FC and even SF will stop playing WvW. Making a already bad problem even worse.

(BS) fregs nite crew, have the music up
I Fully agree, FC has a good potental. my guildies and i (being and aussie guild) have taken it appon ourselves to become the Devoted Nite Crew for FC. our impact was huge. 2 weeks ago when we started there was hardly 5 ppl on at nite. now we (BS) commanders can pull 20+ ppl to follow us at nite.
On an average nite FC led by BS commanders turn our +60 into +170-220 and hold it there for 4-5 hours. thanks to all those that have come to join us at nite. we became devoted and ppl started following us. we have the ppl but we lack the drive to try.
lets get pumped to make a change and thats what will happen

ok, so speaking form experiance….. ( BS Fergs Nite Crew) all you need do is find a guild in the “nite” timezone or some of the larger guilds may have many members from a “nite” timezone. get a bit organised?? no offence but the “American Day” players think the world revolves around you! i dont want to get less points beacuse you aint organised enough to get a nite crew?
example ferg was loosing 500+ to 50+ at nite till a few people founded a nite crew recruted “nite” players eg Aussies and now we sit more like 250-320+ over nite with about 20-40 active nite crew. (5 good players can defend a castle from 20 people)
to be ohnest our nite crew is way better than our day crew. BS and other nite guilds log on to 50+ points…. we do all the work t make that 250+
being in the nite crew is just a different set of skills. we dont get 40 man zergs (we do get 10-20) but day strats are seige, zerg ect. nite strats are quick, well organised, responsive. have someone on all maps to call out for a quick defence if an attack happens. we do just as much work, why should we be getting less score for it?
not to mention the “nite” time is only like 6-7 hours (12am-6/7am) at about 6/7 there are many americans/day ppl on. 6/7 hours out of 24?

I am in the nite crew so this is best of nite crew…

COsA – not a huge guild but you can be dam sure 2-3 of them will wipe a 10 man nite zerg. if COsA is up it means we “poked the bear” or “kittend the bee’s nest” and they wake up to defend/push us back. i have not had more fun than a simple 5v5 COsA vs BS such skill in the fight that if anyone non COsA/BS walks in they are downed in seconds.

(BS) Nite crew <— yes im bias :P our day crew sucks…. we have total 3 camps when we log in… end of the nite shift +300 points and holding. as proof of this look back in the mach history at the 400k SF – 50k FC -45K ET weeks and now more like 320K SF -150K FC 80K ET score since the BS nite crew began (100k) it says something…

agian before someone says “they suck, you all suck” this is just based on the T8 match-up. So they is most likely many better guilds than this but, these are noteworthy.

Nite Crew update.
Last nite (Tuesday evening Aussie time) after pushing SF out of our Bl we began to take back EB when we suddenly had a call for help defending Yarr’s golem rush. BS commanders led there followers to the golem formation for the push. Yarr’s © justice led the golems to a decisive front gate strike. Supported by BS ground © Mix and co- commanders Vic, Nug, maple. In less than 15 min we had controll of SM.
Upgrades where immediately paid for and Yarr took guild claming. Without even a moments rest ET ( so much for cease fire) had 2 treb’s hitting the north gate. 5 mins after that 20 hungry eyed ET at the north gate. After driving them back into their keep we got word from SM south west " we are being Trebed from wildcreek" (SF) 20+ SF are here. After a few moments both wall had collapsed! © Vic held the north with fury unheard of while © Nug pushed Sf back into the hole they cralled out of .
We knew we needed to knock over wildcreek If we were to have any piece at SM. that began the 2 hour siege of wildcreek but eventually it fell, As we said hello to some dreary eyed morning crew. Thanks to all who showed up and helped BS hold a +300 score for most of the nite.
