I never had this problem until last weekend, even since then I’m getting disconnected constantly.

This is getting beyond a joke…..

How much longer is this game that we paid for going to be virtually unplayable?

If enough people view this and/ or reply they’ll look into it. I emailed them about having a option in the trading post as a gem upgrade to change your characters name and that’s what they told me. Post it on here and get enough views/ replies and the development team will look into it.

I’m continually disconnecting between every five to ten minutes or longer if I’m really lucky. only started in the last two or three days now (Basically the weekend). It’s no longer playable for me. So sick of having to redo the same story quests over and over again because I’m getting disconnected so frequently that its rolling back to the start of the quest….

Yeah I’m with you in this boat also, the loading times are absolutely ridiculous now….
I have the latest drivers and a brand new 670GTX. One issue that I have is the screen or graphics flickering and flashing a light blue. Some times its the whole screen or just random big chunks of the map, ie building or terrain.

In the last two or three days I have noticed the issue with the network lag gone from once every so often (hardly noticeable) to getting disconnected every five to ten minutes, being able to run around a map and be the only person around (including no monsters or NPC’s), activating a skill and having to wait 30 seconds to a minute for something to happen, talking to a NPC and not getting a reply up to a minute if you haven’t already been disconnected from the login server, map loading times two to three times as long, randomly dying after being attacked out of nowhere but nothing there seconds before them have a mob around your now defeated character. The lag has gotten so bad that I no longer play the game as I simply cant play the game as its totally unplayable. Nothing worst than being disconnected half way through a story quest or the cut scenes and then have to redo the whole story quest again from the very start not just once but two to three freaking times….

When is this issue going to be fixed? its a game breaker…. its a major problem that needs to be addressed asap.

I’ve restarted my computer
restarted my router
disabled my anti virus
disabled the firewall
purchased a new router (I needed a new one anyway not because of Guild wars 2 lagging like crazy)
repaired the client
updated the client

Happens mostly at night after I come home from work being from New Zealand I mostly play at nights or the day when I have time off work.
