this seems like a weak idea, this does not sound like it would be fun at all so a person who plays an alt to say ten deletes it and does it again which to me seemed like the fastest karma gain would not make things very fun …add that on top of the ease at which you can bot at the low level areas and then you would have an INCREASE in low level botting and a decrease in high level players actually doing high level content…

this should not happen and should not be supported

uhh karma gain from levels 1-10 is not very much. like less than 1k. that is not efficient at all

Yojack (or anyone else, for that matter), how successful is this build in DEs against a single target boss? (ie. dragons..) I feel like it wouldn’t be too great because there are so many stacks of conditions on the dragon, which hurts your condition damage (or does it?). I’ve been interested in a bleed/warhorn spec for a while but didn’t want to lose single target, large group DPS.

it is working as intended. the animations in the air are variations of the normal (ground) dodge. if it was a bug, the character would do the same animation as the ground dodge but in mid air.

21 tokens for an entire clear? all 3 paths? ouch.

I’ve ran this 3 times the past two days (twice tuesday, once wednesday) on Gate of Madness and everything is working. Detha died in all 3 runs and needed to be revived.

noobdestroyer, a couple things: i dont think drkn was referring to low level gear when he started this thread. however, if you were to look up the mats on the websites he listed and send them to him (w/ a tip), he might not mind.

BUT: at level 20, you will get upgrades fairly quickly. i remember buying a green weapon off the TP while i was leveling up and being disappointed when i found a blue upgrade a few levels later. also, karma vendors have nice gear while leveling up.

drkn: i may be taking you up on this offer, mostly WS & JC. one thing though. it costs 40s to change crafts at max level, so wont you lose money when you have to swap them back and forth constantly?

Very informative, thanks for the post. I’ve wanted to try a warhorn at 80 for a while and haven’t gotten around to it. Only 2 concerns — hows the DPS? Can you still get gold in DEs vs dragons? I feel like it wouldnt be too hot. Also, does this build make the second set of weapons pointless, ie. hammer or rifle? I often switch to rifle during DEs when the boss has a strong AoE, and I think this build would hurt my dps a decent amount.

thats supposed to happen. the sigil wouldn’t be very good if the stacks went away when weapon swapping, considering how often many classes swap.

I haven’t used the grove or ebonhawke so the posters above me may be correct, but i know Rata Sum is like a 10 second run. and there is a waypoint right to the trading post/bank/guild bank, so you only have to run to the crafting stations.

I found the final boss to be fairly simple compared to one of the bosses earlier in the dungeon. Hell it was even simpler than some of the trash. My PUG (none of us had done TA before) wiped the first time and completed it the second time with maybe 1 or 2 players going down (not dead, just down). All you have to do is DPS Faolin when she is hostile and DPS the other elites when she isnt.

Skill Point in Sparkfly Fen. The 3 Ancient sharks stay friendly and you cant kill them. Its the only thing i’ve had left in that zone for the past couple days
