On another note, I’m pretty sure that the duration increases stack multiplicitavely, but if they are additively stacked then I’d like to know. I don’t think that’s the case though, because then the duration would be even lower.
I timed this on my stopwatch and was consistenly getting 6 seconds burn duration, when it should be 3 × 1.15 (2 piece Bonus effect) X 1.1 (had a weapon of smoldering) X 1.1 (another weapon of smoldering) =
4.17 second burn. Because I used a stopwatch there would be a margin of error, but likely not an almost 2 second error. I did not have any traited points in condition duration, and even if I did have +30% it still would only be about 5.4 second burn all together.
(1): +25 Power
(2): +15% Burning Duration
(3): +50 Power
(4): Gain haste for 5 seconds when you fall below 20% health. (Cooldown: 90s)
(5): +90 Power
(6): When you use a healing skill, nearby foes are burned for 3 seconds. (Cooldown: 10s)
The 6-piece effect only lasts for about 1 second. I timed this on my stopwatch and only got about .9secs each cast, and while there may be some margin of error, there definitely isn’t 2+ secs of error (With the tier 2 effect, the chill should last 3.6 seconds.)
Superior Rune of Grenth:
(1): +28 Condition Damage
(2): +20% Chilled Duration
(3): +55 Condition Damage
(4): 5% chance to cause chill for 3 seconds when hit. (Cooldown: 30s)
(5): +100 Condition Damage
(6): When you use a healing skill nearby foes are chilled for 3 seconds. (Cooldown: 10s)
Also, the cooldown might be longer than 10 seconds, but it’s hard to judge. Using Signet of Malice (thief) healing skill with the trait to make the CD 12 seconds, the tier 6 won’t proc if you cast the signet immediately when it comes off cooldown. This may however just be because of when the CD starts, maybe after the signet has channeled or something odd. I don’t think that’s the case though, because the Balthazar runes (also 10 sec cd) will cast if you use the heal again when it comes available.
