Well it’d be with a group of likes 3-4 people. I wanted to try hammer to be more of a front liner and peeler, also shield/x is getting kind of stale! So I wanted to try hammer and great sword.

Can a warrior use that and still do goods roaming alone/in a small group? Or it’s mostly just berserker? That’s all I see mostly, full berserker

Will I gets the same ping still? My friend is on another server ands can’t WvW with him since i’m not on his server. If I switch servers, will I get the same ping as my current server? Are the servers located in the same area for NA?

I’m from the west coast and was lookings for a guild that does fractals for PvE and a PvP guild that does spvp. The guild can do both, but I would still likes to join two guilds.

You can leave a message on here, or message me in game(ceces.9368). I’m on everyday basically and can be on for any events if needed for a guild! Prefer discord over vent/teamspeak/all other chatting thingies if the guild uses anything like that to begin with.

To customize your UI? I play on a pretty big screen and have to play a certain resolution. This mostly gets in the way with ground targeted abilities, because sometimes I’ll want to target and i’ll hit a target frame and my ground target goes from the point I wanted to put it, to right on top of me due to the UI.

I mostly just want to move the targeted unit frame, is there any way to do this?

I’ve tried loggings in to download the 64 bit client, buts I can’t find it anywhere. Under other clients, all I see is a blank space and nothing to download. Did I miss somethings and it’s out of beta? I can’t see itt

Yes, but you said it also happens to you without it. I had this issue over a year ago before I took a break from the game. Though it didn’t effect me as much, since I used an eng with kits that used ground targeting. I notice it more now, because I like Mesmer/Necro a lot more now.

A year ago, action camera mode wasn’t a function yet, so normal camera mode had this issue

Well if that were true as to why it has been missing, then all other shots would follow. Though it isn’t true, all other shots did lock on and hit the golem. It happens randomly and also with abilities. Which hurts my game play really bad, missing an ability for no reason and it going on cooldown

I stated that it happens in non action camera too. Also, the second screen shot has the aim a bit more off and it still hits. They are targeted in both pictures, but i’ll provide more screen shots. This one is on a target that does not move at all, thanks to the pvp area.

I didn’t move from my position and the mouse is in the same area (Just about)

Would like to also add, my friends can see the bolt just completely miss from their view also.

I have had some weird targeting issues for a while. I took about a year break from the game, but still seem to run into them. When I have a target targeted, my attacks will often completely miss and fizzle into the ground/air. I have a screen shot for what I mean

Note: I use action camera mode now, as I like it, but even before this was in the game I had this issue a lot with target abilities, such as auto attack and such from range. Melee I never noticed it, well because I mean you are in melee range.

Settings I have on: Content guide: All AoE loot checked, show enemy names.
Camera: Use free camera
Combat/movement: Lock ground target at max skill range

Any ways to fix this would greatly improve my time in game, as this is kind of really frustrating

you can go earthier power/condi. I prefer condi, but you can make use of both of them. It’d help to ask what kind of build you are looking for, because there are a few(power, condi, MM)

i’ll make it knowing that others do use it. are there pro’s and cons to rifle vs pistol/shield? in spvp rifle is really good control, but pistol does have a blind and poison (but sigil of doom can help us with that) I’m not 100% sure what to make as a weapon for wvw, any tips/info on this would be appreciated ^^

I prefer rifle most of the time, because of the knock back and the snare is nice to land grandes on them. on the other hand pistol/shield is nice for knock back/daze and the condis on pistol are nice also

I was wondering if celestial is worth it for eng roaming in wvw? it seems to do good in spvp, and was thinking of trying out wvw for some fun. I know it takes extreamly long to make (unless there is some secret of getting those stones that take a day to make and you need 5) and wanted to know if it’s any good? would love to hear from other engs about this ^^

I’m making the ascended celestial, not the exotics and running condi/triple kit (grande/bombs/tool kit or maybe rocket boots in place of the bombs)

hi guys, I just got my warrior to 80, and was wondering if anyone could give me a build for doing dungs and thingies for pve ^^

I use a greatsword, because I read it’s the best for warriors, but I’m not sure what to get for my offweapon set…is a long bow okay? or what else should I be using?

I was also worried too, because when I was playing eailer I was getting lag spikes. then after a few secs later I dcd into the char selection screen and it said something like someone else is logged into that or something like that. is that just because I was lagging?

can anyone explain to me how the pvp rewards work? sometimes they go up in the bar progression, and then sometimes they randomly stop out of no where and I can’t keep progressing….I don’t understand how they work and how I can keep one up at least for a bit

what’s CI, and CS mean?

CS is a GM trait in Domination tree which stands under number XII: Confounding Suggestions – Chance to inflict Stun whenever you daze a target. Increased daze duration.
While CI is also a GM trait in Chaos tree XI: Chaotic Interruption – Immobilize your target when you interrupt them and randomly apply Blind, Cripple or Chill.

don’t you need 6 in domination to get the reduction on cooldowns for great sword?
or am I reading the way you are setting points wrong? I’m not sure exactly what 2/4/6/2 means

was reading that you are saying great sword is more reliable in some areas? was wondering if I could go 2 1 handed weapons, and 1 great sword for a build like thing with knock backs? I’m still faily new, and was trying every class last night and Mesmer was pretty fun esp in pvp (:

The Greatsword offers a very strong phantasm and an interrupt which might be low range but is more reliable than the daze the staff provides.

but do the rewards you get from pvping reset after a certain time? the reward that has a bar at the bottom for every single time you complete a game..i am at 2/8 right now, but just wondering if it caps at 8 forever or it resets?
