Im trying something new as a result.
I didnt like much in the 20 points in Valor, so took that and put it into radiance
20/15/0/30/5
Shout/GS build

I found I prefer to run with pure of voice with ZB gain some nice power and can still remove conditions.

Ah ok,

phantasms base HP in PVE has risen by 270% and SoI has been decreased to 50%

Yet yesterday the SoI was stating 200% health, now it states 50% health

Doesnt SoI only give 50% health bonus now?

At least that is what the tooltip is stating in PVE

Where are you finding the benefits? PVE/PVP?

It is only veil and MI isnt it?
