I am not sure about the throwing spears (javlins) in this case but I do agree with the ability to use spears in a land based situation.
Hello all. I’ve been playing RPG games for years. Was part of the original guild wars experience when prophecies came out and continued with it all the way. One of the things that I have noticed lately is many games are missing Great Axes and Polearms. Now I want to start a thread to get people’s take on these two types of weapons. I do not think the polearm would be hard to incorporate as it is bacically a longer spear with a wider blade on the end. I believe you could swing this very much like the scythe in the original Guildwars game. I’d like to see both these weapons in the game i think it would give a flavor right now that is missing from many online games.
