It’s actually they hack your own email , i do not know how they get their hands on the emails but , this is the email i received on my email when one of these guys tried to hack my email.
(I use Gmail btw )

What the Hell is WTFast anyway? Looking at it’s site it claims it reduces latency…. how?
I doubt a program would be able to do anything like that to your connection, in fact it seems awfully familiar to other sites and services I’ve seen over the internet claiming to improve your speeds, latency and network stability.
Seems like just another money scam to me.

Anyway, you might want to contact support they would be able to tell you what and why.

It actually works for for me , reduces my ping in guild wars 2 and other games by about 40-50 and sometimes 100.

Idk how it really works , but i dont think its a scam , it made my ping better for years now

There was some guys blocked for using some programs too in another topic here. Make a ticket support, and explain… For sure it will change soon, not soon enough for those who want to play NOW, but you are not the only one so they will take actions and solve the issue.

Hey guys , i just started playing 3 days ago and i’m loving the game , just minutes ago while doing this secret cave run in lion arch on my warrior before servers went down.
Seconds after i open the chest i got a message saying my account is disabled for tampering with the game.
The only program i use is WTF Fast for Ping reduction , i really enjoy this game and i’m kind of frustrated of what’s going on.
This is my 2nd MMO ever so if anyone can shed some light that would be great , thank you!

Same situation here just got banned out of no where before their server build update , very sad =( was actually enjoying this game so much.

On a side note , is the program WTF fast against rules? because i use that just for ping , i don’t know if it’s against the rules or not
