I as well am looking for a few more people with your experience. Not just with commanding but with wvw as a hole. Vindicated Honor [vH] is currently looking for a few more people to fill up our well rounded guild group. We are currently trying to field 20-25 people daily in WvW with a focus on certain classes and communication. We are located on Jade Quarry and Will help with Transfer cost if need be, But first let me get into a little of what we do:

We have many names which span from Support Group-Havoc Squad-Bomb group and my favorite Zerg busting. We focus on being “Support Traited” throughout all of our professions. We focus on the use of AoE’s instead of single target damage, Coordination and Communication.
We are always moving in the “Havoc” nature with constant swiftness stacks mixed with various boons. We push the boundaries into other Borderlands by pushing Camps → Towers → Keeps and → Garrisons while at the same time maintaining a very coordinated Open Field Presence. We have scouts throughout maps as well as people who assist us in finding opposing zergs, be it guild groups or a pug army we specifically target them. We are able to with 20-25 people wipe 60+ player enemy zergs with a hit that feels like a “Bomb”. Our success rate speaks for its self with the interest that surrounds the guild.

On top of this constant moving we coordinate with commanders on the map to assist them take the bigger objectives and keep other zergs off of them. We tend to work below the radar never being pinned up and in constant motion.

At this point if you are interested in this concept and maybe being a part of it you are probably wondering what are the requirements, well here they are.

-Team Speak 3 is required a mic is not but is highly recommended.

-We are looking for certain professions since we focus on running a certain amount of each to stay balanced. So you will need to either post here or get a hold of me in game and chat with me about what lv 80 professions you have as well as your gear type. We focus on running a certain gear for each class but do not worry about that since we will help you obtain it in any way, which does include buying it.

-Have a good personality. We may consider ourselves hardcore WvW players but we are very laid back and enjoy the game. There is absolutely no rage in our groups when we run them. In fact we spend our time singing and carrying along.
-
Maturity. The average age is in fact around 24 Years old. Our chat and voip reflects that in our crude humor.

-Able to have fun with it. We do and so should you. I mean it is free bags.

I would be more worried about opposing people whispering saying hey give you a gold to keep us updated on where your people are going. Offers like that to new players or poor players would be to hard to pass up. Imagine the amount of paid spying would be going on. 1g to just say hey they going bay or hills north would be an easy pay day. Especially if your bl hopped to inform them.

So this means for players like me who have jobs and tend not to get off till midnight that I should be able to only play for two hours? That I should then join some oceanic server but then what happens if I have a day off I would be in the off zone there. A lockout would solve nothing but kitten alot of people off. It is not my fault that my play times are based off of being a night time manager at a pharmacy. That I should be penalized for my play hours. With the amount of abuse being done in WvW it is far off from being considered a e sport if it will ever be. You should be more focused on bug fixes and free transfers then the night crew. Change your hours of play to early morning instead. Since your asking others to change theirs why not change yours to play in the off hours. Also this is world vs world vs world war. How many wars have a break cause people might want to sleep?

These guys are great players. They would never purposefully exploit. Please reconsider because we need them as meat shields in wvw

Still Looking for a Guild

This is not an official we are transferring just the next step in us figuring out if your guild is a good fit for us. We are doing this with a couple guilds at the moment to ensure their is activity during when we play.

Ok, well if they are not as bad as they sound then the next step is if we can join and just observe during our playing hours how active the guild is. What kind of numbers are in wvw so that we have an idea at what we are looking at. As long as on daily times during the week mid day or even 10pm-5am there are no ques we should be fine.

You had me all the way up to the ques. It is the reason I have been hanging out in the lower tiers just to avoid those. One off the main things we are looking for together when we transfer is a server which is low to non existent ques on and off weekends. Yes weekends they are bound to happen but keeping those at or under ten minutes is what we prefer.

How do que times look. Also on pve days how active is wvW with your guild? Next voip. What do you use and how active is it on it on weekends and weekdays? Maturity is a big thing to both of us are mid to late twenties and enjoy being sociable just wondering mainly I guess the average age.

Are main daily play hours are 9-10pm east to 4ish am east. We do play during the day as well if off or depending on work schedule. Around those hours what sort of wvw population does both your guilds have. How many players daily on at those hours on the weekdays and weekends

Basically here is the story- My friend and I are looking for a PvP based guild. WvW and Spvp/Tpvp. Server hopping is understood it will happen. We both have multiple level 80s and are able to fit any play style.
We are looking for play times roughly 9pm east and on. We play early mornings and through out the day. We both obviously have jobs and during the day 8 am east to 4-5 pm east are inhibited. We are looking for a guild on a server that does not have large ques due to this taking play time away. When on we WvW and PvP looking for a guild that can fill those needs.
TS3 or Vent does not matter which we both have and have Mics to communicate. We are daily players and are on 6-7 days a week. We both have a good sense of humor and looking for a wvw based guild where there is always action and groups going in.
