have tried a full re install still have same issue, also delete Eve online incase of software clash SOBS GW2 after all these years you abandon me

Hey guys i live in the UK and am having some real issues with logging in i’ve checked my details so they are all correct but am getting an error message up…. "the game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time, this is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings,security applications, or connecting through a campus network yada yada " also i have a code at the bottom of screen … build 71599
error code 42:0:9001:4402, i’ve been playing since launch on my settings so i know they are ok can anyone help me resolve this
