Guild Wars 2

So right now, you’re sitting in Lion’s Arch, trying to get a group for FotM but you’ve been busy and are only level 1. You’d really like to see this dungeon, but everyone is level 10 or more and won’t help out someone who is further behind.

While you’re waiting, how about you hop over to our website and take a look at what we have to offer – mainly, a bunch of casual adults who will gladly help a fellow guild member catch up. Whether it be story mode dungeons, explorables, zone clearing, crafting, FotM, sPvP, WvW…we do it all, without a bunch of negative nancies calling you a newb for putting real life first.

Just make sure you’re not wearing pants.

Ran Citadel of Flame last night – it was the first time for myself and a couple other group members. You may say that the dungeon isn’t hard or that it isn’t an achievement to complete, but it was the most laid back dungeon run I’ve done. No one yelling at each other (maybe a few girly screams, but only at the bosses!), no stress when you get downed or die, and more importantly, just a good time.

And you want a good time too, right? You want to play with no stress, no time requirements, just enjoying the game and the people around you.

I’ve been in the U since Champions Online came out, and have been with them in numerous other games since. We’re a great community of folks who just happen to be gamers. Come take a look at the forums or ask for a trial invite to the guild!

It isn’t that I am just frustrated about my progress being gone – it’s that SOME of my actions were still saved (using a tome of influence, queuing up a guild build). If I redo “Retribution”, I get that reward -again-. Feels dirty not to report it.

I was working on the level 59 Vigil quest "Retribution. After I successfully claimed my reward, leveled, put on my new top, raised one of my traits, used the reward for giving 400 influence to the guild, and queued up Research Architecture Level 2, I left the instance.

At that moment, the login servers went down and I was kicked out of the game for approximately an hour. When the servers came back up, I logged in. My quest progress was not saved, my new breastplate was gone, BUT I was still leveled up, my trait point was still applied, and my guild queue was still ticking away. The 400 influence I had applied was still there.

Can my quest progress be moved forward and my breastplate given back? If I re-do the quest, I will be given another influence tome, giving my guild another 400 influence, and I will get more exp (leveling up again, even though I already leveled doing the quest once). Just seems like cheating…
